National Libraries Day - author Phil Rickman at Hereford Library

A celebration of libraries nationally and in this case Hereford Library and Museum. Already subjected to a new round of cuts, as is everything of real value. Phil Rickman visits for a book signing in a very engaging and enjoyable morning in the beautiful surroundings of The Woolhope Room. He was kind enough to also give us an interview.
