You can actually cut it down to around $3,800 on d average. Groceries could be cut down, as they are mostly not needed if we all want to live a healthy life.
Have you noticed that some people come to Canada and within a few short years get ahead yet others have been here for more than 25 years and have nothing to show for it, why is that? I say follow the winners and see what they are doing right and copy them. I see many ways you can save money like your rent. You said that as your salary grew you decided to move into a condo at double the rent, now I can understand you wanting to reward yourself but can you really afford it? Also why spend so much on parking for? I never drive downtown and take the TTC or leave my car at yorkdale and not so much for parking. Also you say you work from home so you need to ask yourself do you really need a car? These are questions only you can answer but the amount you can save is enormous as you seem to have a fairly generous salary. In case you are wondering no I am not being a troll but simply trying to help as I see this a lot.. some with good jobs but never get ahead yet others that dont earn as much yet manage to move forward. I can assure you it is not luck. Follow the winners!
I am sure she can afford her rent, she is a financial guru so she has likely done the analysis. As long as she is putting money aside that feels ok to her she can spend her money how she pleases. Also comfort is not a luxury, some people choose to prioritize comfort and save a reasonable amount while others choose to prioritize saving over comfort. Who is to say who is getting ahead and who isn’t. Like she said it’s her money and she is putting herself first, not hoarding money and neglecting herself in the process
It won't hurt to ask. I used virgin till Feb then switched elsewhere and moved back to virgin in June cos they offered lower. I used to pay $45 for 3gb for my phone plan, but last black friday when all the network providers offered better deal, I followed up with Virgin to get same deal matched. Now I pay $35 for 20gb

You are doing well but you should have told us your monthly earnings as well if you needed our thought on your monthly spending
The video is about spending. Income can be covered in another video
excellent budget will also know how much you invest for the long and short time investment, and if you don't mind how much do you make monthly.
hmmm... Maybe I'd do a video on that.
