This is just brutal to watch. It’s like listening to an addict.. they will make any normal sane person crazy.
Even though we know ( and knew) he’ll never be free again….not much satisfaction in that for me. Not enough somehow. It was STILL brutal to watch.
It changed me as a person and I think that is because he was ALLOWED to run the courtroom. The ONLY SINGLE TIME SHE HAD CONTROL WAS WITH HIM IN THE OTHER COURTROOM. AND HER SENTENCING…with him muted.

Once DB realized that Judge Dorow was not bowing down or walking out of the trial he turned the entire trial into a personal battle with her.
He had a male Judge removed before the trial started. Claimed he didn't like the first one's attitude towards him.
This trial was DB battle with Judge Dorow.
He was shot down during the first leg of that battle.
Proceeded to play wounded by choice.
He held onto the hammer while pushing each nail in his new house.

The key to his mothers suv that he didn't have a license to drive was found in his pocket. His i-phone that his mommy bought him was found in the suv. His hat and dna was found in the suv. His shoes and hoodi were found in a child's playhouse between the suv and where he was located with no phone, no jacket, and no shoes with a key to that very suv and a sandwich in his pocket that he got from a guy he told he was homeless.

He needs to be told when and what days to shower. He needs to know that he can’t see his mother whenever he wants to. He needs to live with making collect calls hoping someone will answer. He needs to live being told what to do at all times because “he’s a grown man with kids and no one will tell him what to do.” He needs to be locked in a cell with another grown man, smelling his 💩 and body odors. He needs to think about no longer being able to have intimate relations with women.” He needs to sleep on a one inch “mattress” on top of a metal frame every night. The defendant is literally convicting himself! The state could have sat back & presented almost nothing. By this defendants behavior & antics in the courtroom, the jury is getting to see who he truly is, that he is incapable of following simple rules, has uncontrollable anger, entitlement and has no respect for anyone in authority. I assure you, this does not sit well w/juries. As awful as this has been to watch, he’s made the states case for them. The best part is, he’s completely oblivious of this reality & that every time he opens his mouth, everyone in that courtroom, jurors included, hate him a little more.

I noticed that when he fired his lawyers and wanted to defend himself the prosecutions tactics changed. They didn't have any of the injured victims testify. They broke it down to the bare minimum of people to prove their case. The court didn't want anyone who had been injured by this person (uses term loosely) having to be questioned by him. So everyone who testified was someone who had evidence that could alone convict him and that wasn't seriously injured or killed.
So you if you knew someone or were injured wouldn't have been called as a witness or even permitted in the room. This prosecution did a fantastic job of making sure he didn't cause any further harm to the victims in this case.

At the end she read his psych reports and said that she had read them prior to trial so knew what she was going to be dealing with and prepared herself. She's the Chief district judge so she's been around awhile and clearly went in with a plan to avoid a mistrial, preserve the record to avoid an appeal and get the trial done before the anniversary.
I think Judge Jennifer Dorow gets her patience from her faith in God!

Listening to his questions of witnesses is beyond maddening. Non of the questions are intended to provide him a defense. He asks questions because he wants to know the answers to things he is curious about, not to solicit evidence and information from the witnesses to aid in his defense. He might as well be asking, "What did you eat for breakfast?", or "it's safe to safe you woke up this morning and came to court because you were issued a subpoena?", or "Do you recall that you were at the parade and something happened, is that safe to say?" Ugh!!!!!!!! And then some of the questions he asks just prove the state's case, so he is doing their job.
So, the next trial in milwaukee..
Judge can gag him, and not worry about an appeal cuz he ain't never getting out
