    This explains why the Rams offense hasn't played as well as they did last year. No knock on Cooper but McConnell was a huge reason why he put up such big numbers last year and it ain't no secret why Jefferson is having the best year of his career so far

      No O’Connell is running mcvay system. Mcvay ran the offense and O’Connell assisted. O’Connell is taking the mcvay/shannahan way in Minnesota.

    You can give credit where it’s due. But the WR coach the Vikings have is a great asset. He knows how to teach hard work and helping our WR’s get familiar with playing the position.

      Even after Jefferson running a faster 40 time than Reagor at the combine. The perception that Reagor was faster is the only reason you'd consider him over Jefferson. Jefferson and Hurts in the first two rounds would have been an all time get.

    "wide open" growing up was a blown coverage, but "wide open" in the NFL is one step. I would imagine for an NFL QB, a receiver that goes after the ball is gift from God.

      Kirk Cousins is one of the most accurate passers in NFL history. His stats are way down this year because OConnell has him targeting JJ when he is covered.

    I have to admit, unti now i just thought he was "good". but generational talent is when you know where the ball is going, might even have a spy on the route, and you cannot stop him. you did a great job making this clear. Given jefferson is shaping up to be a HOF possibility, and Chase doing some amazing work, I'm wondering if they made Burrow look better than he was and not the other way around because Burrow is looking mighty average this year.
