The circle where the Canidae are seems like a paradise, even externally, there are people of a certain level both in dressing and in relating and who get angry if someone uses bad words.. This is in keeping with the Hazbin Hotel tradition as Charlie had a better chance of winning the people of Hell to his cause, in a more beautiful, colorful and brighter place, than his own hell circle. I think the series begins to have patches and holes worse than the simpson coherence, at least I expected a circle, where the sky was tuttoo red and the gloomy plants.
Are you talking about the rings? It’s obvious why it looks like that, it the gluttony ring. Each ring is reflective of the sins. Considering Gluttony isn’t one of the worst sins, then it figures that it looks approachable compared to the other rings.

Anyways, this scene is so werid, Lona appraches those girls first and then is intimidated by them because they are some old bullies I guess? Why did she even walked up to them in the first place? I don't get this scene.
