Can't wait for another battle report. Such a great and epic narrative it is! And yet, it is a battle report, that may find it's place in Warhammer rulebooks. I can even see when "the tides of battle" really turns. And both sides looks like an equals, not "a protagonist Superman" And "antagonist bags for beating", so the battle really makes sense. You are good in storytelling. Please, try other rare canon scenarios, keep it works!

I don't even play 30k, and thus I do not have a great understanding of the rules. So having this delivered in a narrative format helps me to understand what is going on with such incredible clarity. God I love these videos, the first one is superb this one equally so! they way you craft storytelling with gameplay is second to none! The armies look great, the visuals are great! The narration is well written to fit with the dice rolls! usually I find bat reps go on a little too long but this one I wanted more! It just needs a little more of like summary ending as I didnt realise it was ending before it cut off.

really appreciate it. planning and writing is often what gets overlooked. these videos take a ton of time but i really enjoy them. have plans to do a lot more conflicts, both major and minor when I finish Cthonia. The level of painting is great on its own, let alone all of the custom terrain, set pieces, dead marines etc. - Don't think for a second the monumental amount of work goes unnoticed or unappreciated! I especially liked your model of the titan command inertia :)
appreciate hearing that. i went pretty hard making this one. painted a dozen tanks and all the titans specifically for this episode because it didn’t feel right using my existing legio mortis. thankfully i have most of what i need for the next episode so I can go from writing straight into filming.

Thank you. Making the battle feel like the scale of the battle in the fiction was really a goal of mine. I really want these to feel epic like the books. Things in the Siege of Cthonia get pretty epic as it goes down and a few of the later battles are at a scale that no battle report has ever captured, so pretty excited to try and tackle that scale visually, but keep the game and story focused.

i’ve considered it but i think there are channels that already do that - probably better than i could. lot of the established channels have good videos on how to start using either the age of darkness set or the space marine battle group. heresy hammer and black briar gaming’s episodes come to mind - hearesy is also a good resource
