One of my husbands favorite meals in summer is cold plate. Cold cuts, tomatoes,lettuce,rolls, cottage cheese, Mac/potato salad and cantaloupe 😀

Trust me, I live in Georgia and know that too hot to cook feeling. It lasts about 6 months. I long for October.

I make an Asian noodle salad with linguine, similar to lo mein noodles. Your dressing would work well Jinne. I add green onions, colorful peppers slices & grated carrot. Refrigerate for a few hours. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Love it!

I use Bragg's Amino or coconut aminos instead of soy sauce because for me sot sauce causes inflammation, it's a endocrine disrupter.
And for the honey, I was told to always use a wooden spoon because -

We always called the rubbing of the cucumber, milking the cucumber.
Ain’t it funny how we listened to our grandmas , the kids now don’t do the same thing. I guess that’s the difference between Gen X and millennials plus the babies the millennials have.
