    Hi! For rotation exercises do you guys stretch both left and right or just focus on your dominant side? Thanks for all the helpful videos!!!

      Hey! Usually both, but if your dominant side is tight or sore from a lot of playing, you should give it a little T.L.C. - focus more time and energy on that side.
