I have the 03 version, it connect but does not detect any divice, my equipment is mppt 48v 120Ah, battery 48V 300Ah and IVPA 10K. only battery and inverter communicate, MPPT and wifi Pro 03 they dont communicate 😑

Or should one of those wires go from one battery to the other , and the second one from the battery to the inverter?

I have the same datalogger and it was working fine for about a year and last week suddenly the "COM" port green light went off and it's not working, the app is showing it as offline. All other three lights are green, how to fix this, I tried restarting inverter, restart dc power, reinsert the cable, tried a different cable, But still "COM" port is off. Any way to fix this.
