HOLY CRAP!!! It's Bob Parsons! My best friend and I went to sign school in 1982. Just like thousands of other letterheads we read every single word in Sign Craft Magazine and Bob became a steady source of inspiration. So glad to see you are still painting! Thank you for this video. Wouldn't that have been amazing back in the day?! Thank you for sharing your talents with the rest of us all these years.
I like how you didn't worry about the spacing, and the artistic value held sway over "standard" letters. Sounds like you want to trim your new brush a little bit, but just hadn't yet when you made this video. Awesome job and attention to detail ...
Great Sign Painter, I've seen a lot of his stuff in Sign Craft Magazine over the past few years. Super nice Script. I wish I did more handpainting, but most stuff now is either vinyl or Digital Prints. Went to LA Trade Tech back in 1991 where I learned how to paint sings. Great times.
I'm an old school signwriter I always used an old magazine to pallet my brush. I also kept a small cup with mineral spirits for poster paint and a cup of turps for enamel. In case the brush started sticking
I just found ur channel. I know it's been 3 years since I did this episode, but what size lettering brush did u use? U really are a smooth lettering artist. Beautiful,
What the heck does that even mean? I agree with Andy on the camera work. Turn off auto and make sure you are actually in focus because those things don’t work effectively
---------- if your ever seen the diverse intricate flair numbers are displayed on antique pocket watches ---- artistry is to conform only to your imagination --------- you winged it to perfection ----- not to criticize but was hoping you double striped the dollar sign ----- cents had one dollar two ------- only constant..... change
I gave your video a thumbs down because of the crappy camera work. There was too much zoom and auto focus going on thus detracting from the work being done. Therefore! It ruined the video.

YAY!!! Nice job!!!
I'm an old school signwriter I always used an old magazine to pallet my brush. I also kept a small cup with mineral spirits for poster paint and a cup of turps for enamel. In case the brush started sticking
Turps are the best but they give me an instant headache.
Pretty
Excellant. Tell us more about the type of oil you leave the brushes in after cleaning and the type of brush.
Anne Rupert. Standard automatic transmission fluid.
Amazing tip on the " Crack-osis "! Thanks for the video.
Excellent! I am learning a lot from these videos! Where can I buy those brushes? I use paint pens but I really need to use brushes.
Look online for pinstripeing and lettering brushes...
Very nice work. I love your style of lettering. What type of brush are you using?
I wish everyone would let us know what type of items they use.

How did you cut the tops off the beer cans like that ?
1-Shot slinger I used a regular can opener deal, the kind you'd use for a tuna can. It makes a beautiful cut...nice and smooth.
Mí pregunta es .... Que clase de pintura es esa o como se llama. ? Saludos. Alguien que me ayude .
The paint is One Shot Lettering Enamel
Siper! Sir plz tell me abt the paint you r using
The paint I’m using is One Shot lettering enamel.
Where did you buy the brushes or where do I get those brushes
Do a search for Mack Brushes. The brush is about a #5 grey squirrel hair quill in a normal graduated- length set. I believe the Mack Series is 179
Who did you say was the master of Numbers?
Draw Breath, my mentor and friend, Roy Schultz. But currently John Downer, Sign Painters Support Group on Facebook
why don't know what size or brand ?
Lucien Augustus Archibald MacGuffin The III .... the brush was given to me by the maker, and it had no size or model number stamped into the handle.
What the heck does that even mean? I agree with Andy on the camera work. Turn off auto and make sure you are actually in focus because those things don’t work effectively
Hi, great tutorial. Would you happen to paint banners at all ?
INVICTUS9100 , I used to paint banners. Haven't had a call for banners in a long time.
That does it! I'm subscribing to your channel! Thank you....

Good training, but cameraman could be replaced
Great skills but horrible camera work. Gave me a mini anxiety attack! 😅
My son was a bit shaky hey?
Brushes, brushes, brushes in the comments, what about talent and alot of practice?
"Puñetera" hand old buddy but still nice work.
Shaky hand, shaky camera, shaky lines.
