for cricut machine you can only use cricut design - because the machine connects only to that app. but as in looking for diff apps to edit things, theres so many out there - but you still have to upload everything to cricut in order to cut/print your stuff out.
@@samone7667 I'm talking about cricut machine - how the design space is what you have to use in order to cut on cricut. yes you can design/edit/draw images on other apps/software etc but you still have to use cricut design space in order to have the images cut/drawn/embossed on the cricut machine. theres other cutting machines out there as well, like silhouette for example and they have their own software
cricut design space. need to have a circuit to use it. also I now edit stuff on adobe photoshop iPad app or procreate iPad app. its better and than upload edited stuff to circuit design space

you have to download free app called iFont. than open ifont and you should have a list of the downloaded fonts on there, click instal (this button is right next to the fonts you downloaded) it will take you to settings, click yes, and follow where it takes you. download it in settings on the iPad and than you open cricut app and you can use the font.
adobe draw. its free, just need to sign up with email. its also very simple to use, and I recommend an apple pen with it. I had random pens from amazon, but than I got an apple pen and its such a differences. Theres also adobe fresco - I recently downloaded that one, and I love it but you have to pay monthly for it, and also more complicated would be adobe illustrator.

Thanks so much, I'm really frustrated with cricut, if my internet is down, it won't work, I need a program that I can use with the cricut maker and bypass that software they force on us once in for all. I want to download one time and not worry about it again with passwords, etc. Do you have any suggestions?
theres cricut app now, you download it to your computer, and you can also save your projects for offline as well. Otherwise theres nothing else you can use for cricut unless its cricut design. also have your computer save the password - so you don't have to type it in every time you log in

I use procreate, or adobe photoshop on my ipad to create all my files now
