Hey Y'all, an awesome viewer pointed out the price increased by $10. I reached out to Keychron, and it seems they increased the price by $10 for the V1, but reduced the price of shipping to $8-$15, making the final price about the same. The reason is to give tax benefits to those who will write off the keyboard for office use. Not sure how I feel about this, but I wanted to share the info! 💗
Hey there! I noticed you mentioned the HOTO Compressed Air Capsule. As a fellow tech enthusiast, I have to say that it sounds like a fantastic tool to keep your tech devices and workspace clean. The powerful vacuuming and blowing capabilities, along with the keyboard cleaning feature, definitely caught my attention. Plus, the fact that it's portable and has multiple uses makes it even more appealing. Thanks for sharing this recommendation!
Hey {{3}}! Thanks for your kind words about my content. I really appreciate it! Speaking of keyboards, have you heard of the HOTO Compressed Air Capsule? It's a compact device with powerful vacuuming and blowing capabilities. Perfect for cleaning your desk and keyboards. Check it out if you're interested! 😄👍

Hey there! I couldn't agree more with your excitement for the Keychron V1 keyboard. It definitely seems like a bang for the buck! Speaking of keeping setups spotless, have you checked out the HOTO Compressed Air Capsule? It's a handy tool that can revolutionize your cleaning routine with its vacuuming and blowing capabilities. It's compact, efficient, and reasonably priced. Definitely worth considering! Keep exploring and happy tech-ing!
This keyboard is great! It even comes with PE Foam in the unboxing that we can for mods later. However, it does have a "muddy" sound, so it does require some serious modding to get rid of that. I just ordered it and I'm excited for my build!

I think this would have been a more attractive offering with a gasket mount, even it it added $20-$30 to the price. Would be a better direct competitor w Kbd67 lite
I'd disagree, there is already a lot of plastic boards with gasket mount saturating the market. Not a lot of top mount barebones at that price with south facing, via/qmk compatible, and has screw ins.
Hey there! I think the HOTO Compressed Air Capsule could be a useful addition to your desktop setup. It offers powerful vacuuming and blowing capabilities, making it great for maintaining a spotless environment. Plus, it's compact and versatile, with multiple tubes and high-quality filters. Definitely worth considering! Cheers!

Another great video! Your content is solid as always. This keyboard is inexpensive enough for people to get into the hobby and is actually a good board!
For some reason, Keychron decided to add $10 each to all variants. The barebone now costs $64. Did they realize it was priced too low? In any case, that + their high shipping fees might make some reconsider now.
I see that! Some to them about this. They cut shipping costs and raised the price to give business buyers better tax benefits. With the lower shipping, your end price is the same, but I wish I knew that before.

Considering it's tray mount, using polyfill might reduce the hollowness buy only a little bit, the silicone dampener or butyl rubber would be a better choice.
