@JokaWild88s What you need to do first is be sure the rwy can take autolands. It has to have a CATIII ILS system. Then for the ILS approach, you want to enter the ILS frequency in the radnav page of the FMC. If you aren't flying a flight plan in the FMC, you have to be on a course that intercepts the localizer. When you are, you can press the APPR/LAND button. Once you intercept the localizer, the AP will take over all the controls (but not speed) and will land the plane.
When you are inflight, all APs are activated at the same time. On landing when you turn the AP off, the auto thrust remains on, but you can"t choose the planes speeds, it just maintains Vref+5knots. So to make it simple I just said that they are either all on or all off.
Nice videos... like them very much... but at takeoff does the autopilot rotates the plane and climbout or does it just sets the engines to takeoff thrust?
nice work, it helped me with an IRS problem ;) But I have one question, when I wanna start the engines there's always in the EAD a line "start air pres lo", how do I fix this problem?
Im having annoying problems with taxiing, I turn either to the left or right.... I looks like my rudder doesnt have a center point or something, how do I change that with my rudder trim? Same problem with taking off, im always zigzagging
hey bro i have a question... when im facing forward in the cockpit i hear no engine sounds but when i turn to the side or back i hear them, how do i fix it?
Just got this bird myself, great tutorial. Loving the MD-11 now!

You need to do it from the FMC, like the way I did the pushback.

@dakabje I suggest you get a joystick or a yoke!!

@leonels36 lol you need to input the correct TOCG and ZFWCG
the FMC can support your pushback? woah....dude i didnt know that, thats epic xD
Honestly it really i about the same. If I had to choose I guess I'd say the 747 is a little more efficient, but the difference is tiny on my computer.
2 things.
.Are you using 2004 or X as your simulator?
.I get these warnings on take off that says,"Stablizer"(In the simulator world).
Thanks bro you have answered all my doubts
great job here mark :) very informative video cheers mate!
You chose to do whatever you want!
@dakabje Are you using a joystick?
great engine sound
yes but just push it forward just in case
Im having annoying problems with taxiing, I turn either to the left or right....
I looks like my rudder doesnt have a center point or something, how do I change that with my rudder trim? Same problem with taking off, im always zigzagging
You do know that you forgot to arm the spoilers...
Good job.
was the pushback voice message part of the pmdg md 11
@luislaurencio i own a copy now that jet is friggin awsome
hey bro i have a question... when im facing forward in the cockpit i hear no engine sounds but when i turn to the side or back i hear them, how do i fix it?
did you use fraps to record this?
No just a normal keyboard... ( using numpad 0 and numpad 'enter' , standaard rudder key bindings
@dasspr Yes I did!
@FrameFreaks88 Thanks!!!
How did you get the pilot sound?
PMDG's are awesome!
5/5*
How did you get the pushback to move?
did you get it from a torrent?
@JokaWild88s What's wrong?
no, you need to pull the yoke.
Do i have to do all this or is the most already done if you spawn?
how do u set the stabilizers?
I wanna go to the WC? Water closet
Sorry to the left?
