You cannot find it, simply it’s not his natural voice, but through massive postproduction elaborated synthetic voice. He obviously know it, that in real life his voice cannot stand a comparison to real artists, so this fake avoid them like a devil holy water 😂
@marshayoung9387 I actually know his sound man, Erlan Bekchurin. After Dimash writes the sheet music of how he wants the arrangement, Erlan does the final production. Of course he works with sound mix, reverb etc but he doesn't manipulate his voice to change the tonality or increase his range. These are shenanigans people pull in recording studios, as they do for Puet. Erlan does the sound at all his concerts. He sings pretty much the same live as in the studio, and even unplugged when he walks around in hotel corridors. I have heard it. He doesn't need a sound engineer

Dear Dr. Marc, as long as you're analyzing this particular recording, I would love to see you analyze the recording made of the blue alien singer in the film "Fifth Element".
The fifth element blue alien is a model name Milla Jovovich, the voice of the blue alien is opera singer Inva Mula. The producers of the movie used the opera singers voice for the high notes and then they used computers to help generate all those impossible things dat her voice is doing in the song. It's not real if you listen really good you can hear the opera singer breathing in and out literally at the same time, the transition are not real lol, the agility is not real, when she makes the deep voice and the fast high notes it's not real, absolutely NO HUMAN voice can move dat fast. The model had to learn the whole song so she can lip sync it while they played the opera singers part. It's all on youtube, if you cant find it let me know and I will try to find the link for you.
Oh, my Gooood! Piet Arion is unbelievable!!! He sang also live Akin ka na lang and he has been singing for many years...he's one of the best vocalist in the world!

@@KajiVocals If you don't think that those last few 7th octave notes on pitch shifted, then I honestly think you're tone deaf. That B7 literally sounds like it came straight out of garage band.
Can of Paint I’m sorry but no lol. Unless one can do a whistle in the fourth octave (which is what you are implying it to be), the pitchshifted note would not sound like a whistle. Overtones and formants would still stay the same as the B4 if you pitchshift it up. Which basically means that the note won’t have the timbre of a whistle note. Those are just the rules of vocal acoustics. Science. And the note pitchshifted that much would be quite frankly... unlistenable. I recommend you doing it yourself to check. And tone deafness is an actual condition. Quite a rare one. I’d appreciate if you didn’t tell people they had medical conditions, especially if they don’t have them. Thank you.
I don't know why everybody compare Piet with Dimash when Dimash has been learned when he was a kid by his parents (they are opera singers) Piet in my opinion he is self thought singer or he was no formally learned cause singing for him is hobby no a job
I have listened to several versions of SOS and by far Piet Arion is my favorite followed by Daniel Balavoine who originally sang it in Starmania and Dimash. You guys need to get a life. You are experts at criticizing and calling someone a fake, what do you know? I know Piet and he is no fake. You are so quick to say, “prove it”. Go dig around on Piet’s site. He did a video of him singing a cappella. He sings the whole song, high notes and all. I have worked with him on recording projects and guess what? He has a six and a half octave range plus that whistle register is real. There are dozens of songs that he has posted on his channel going back 11 years. Listen to “What Kind of Fool Am I”, his cover of “No Time To Die” which he did in one day and the music was arranged and recorded by a good and talented freind David who arranged and recorded the full orchestration at his studio in one day. These Guys were are just damn talented. Listen to his original song, “For A.R.” Which he performs with only piano accompaniment. He wrote that and twenty four more songs that will be available soon. His vocal arrangements and his execution are his. One last thing, no artists go into the studio and don’t use enhancement gear to perfect their vocals for recorded versions. Dimash ads tons of reverb and echo to his live performances as well as pre-records and doubling technics. This enhances your experience as an audience but that doesn’t mean he isn’t great. A friend of mine, Nathan wrote composed, conducted the orchestra and recorded Dimash for the closing number in last years Jackie Chan Film. Check it out for yourself. There are those of us who speak from actually experiencing these things first hand and those of you who think you have it all figured out, well, you don’t.

Thank you, Marc, for reacting to Piet, whom I think is a great singer, but whom so many people who can't do what he does and think that only the sensational Dimash can do whistle notes like to claim that all of Piet's singing is faked in a studio. Which studio? His own which has very simple equipment and no recording engineers? Or some imaginary million dollar fantasy studio which exists in their minds manned by professionals practiced in trickery. Just because they haven't seen him sing live right in front them a couple of feet away doesn't mean that he can't do so. I don't hear any of the marks by which post-production tricks can be recognised. Not that I am an expert sound engineer, but I suspect that Arion's critics are not expert either. Notice that the claimers of fakery ignore your own professional opinion and continue to criticise. Dimash iS sensational, BTW. the greatest damned singer I've ever heard or am ever likely to hear. Do they think that Oswald Musielski (sp?) is a fake, too? Or any other of the singers famous for their amazing voices?
One of the challenges of doing any of these reaction/analysis reviews is that NONE of them are actually live. Even when they are live they are singing into a microphone (except the opera performances) which have the potential to augment the voice. I have worked with many singers both with the mic and without the mic in live situations and the voice can sound COMPLETELY different just by adding the mic (no extras just the mic). What I challenge any person who want to bash a singer to do is recreate what you see. If you can recreate it by any means available to you and do it better then maybe you have grounds to criticize. Im not sure I see the value in it unless you are training someone to see vocal faults and treat them. I agree - Dimash IS sensational. I would hope that audiences would realize that Piet Arions singing doesn't devalue Dimash. It in fact honors him ... he give him credit from the very beginning of his video as an inspiration. I also think that Dimash is sensational for much more than just his high notes. Good comment Sir Price!
@@DrMarcReynolds Just one of several challenges to the task, at which, you Doctor Marc are, I believe, the best, though your student and friend, Sam Johnson, is also very fine, and a favourite of mine. @Dr. Marc Reynolds In fact, criticism arose for a reason. From the very beginning, all the fans treated him loyally. A vocal teacher from Turkey (Emre), who has a large subscriber audience and influence, in his reaction to Pete’s performance, said that he hears the use of auto tuning on high notes (maybe he was excited and rushed to conclusions, I don’t know for sure). Personally, I hear artificial sound in some places (I noticed this right away, even before the reaction appeared, but I did not attach any importance to it) After this reaction, a debate began, and the guy began to be condemned.

Not to burst anyone’s bubbles but some of these comments are uneducated and rude. Go to Piet Arion Chanel and listen to songs he has posted dating back 10 years. None of you had an inkling that someone named Dimash would be coming out about eight years later. Someone here said that Piet is a mediocre singer trying to ride in Dimash’s wave. A love Dimash and have been watching him for a couple of years now. Now since Piet beat him to the music scene of RUclips, Spotify, etc by about 6-7 years, how is it that he is simply riding on Dimash’s wave. I’ll bet that Dimash, who is very kind and humble, would politely disagree with you and get a kick out of the rendition, his father saw it and though it was very good. in conclusion, I urge you to go listen to a cover that Piet just did about a week or so ago, “No Time To Die” which was recorded for the film by Billie Eilish. I have listen to both versions back to back and they are completely different interpretations both are good but I like Piet’s better, it’s more dramatic. Do you think he is trying to ride on her wave too. Go listen to Brian Justin Crumb’s version of “Never Enough” and compare that to the film “The Greatest Showman’s” version of the song, which, by the way’ is bringing lip synced to a singer other than the actress on the screen. You really should try to enjoy each and every performer in their own right. By the way, “old tin can” I think those are the wise cracking posters comments below this post a page or so), do you sing, produce or are you a musician? If so, I’d like to hear your stuff.
Shouldn’t it wonder you, why this one is after 10 years of a supposed superiority still widely unknown? Or why in this 10 years you don’t will recognize any development of his voice? Or why you will not find any live performance? The answer is simple: it’s not him, it’s the tech behind him. He is the modern Mili Vanilli, but without their stage presence and charisma
What should I say? A moderate talented “singer” and want-to-be-star with basic knowledge of vocalist technics tries with the help of high editing, autotune and massive post production to sail in the slipstream of Dimash. Fake is written in his face - or to say it in German “Setzen, sechs”

Astrid Müller Emre? You do realise that his analysis made absolutely no sense right? He genuinely thought that the B7 was pitchshifted a few octaves LOL The note wouldn’t even sound like a whistle if you pitchshifted something THAT much just because the overtones would still stay the same... unless you can do clear and loud whistles in the fourth octave which is quite frankly impossible. Emre’s claim doesn’t make any sense. Of course there’s autotune used. Duh, it’s a studio recording. But it is only used to fix pitch flaws. That’s it. Literally everyone uses it. Dimash, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Ariana Grande. Hell even studio opera recordings are autotuned.

It does have some manipulation since it’s a studio recorded song, however, you can’t fake those whistles with autotune, and even if you made the whistle with a Synth, they are way too well placed in the recording. I think somehow the eye thing is really bad ...and i think the highest note was irelavant or may be he should get to it with some different run ... this is where it is supposed that love of his life is dying in his hands and he is looking at her while singing for her(her lifeless body) so his eyes should be really open to her face and his eyes should be fountains of emotion.... this is not some character you can easily mess with and put your story to him... he is well established . i need to add also i do not love(i like it but not love it) dimash's version eighther , he sings it like he is wining something .... or he sings it floating ... and he sings it less dramatic than he should(and i know he can put more drama to his voice-maybe it is because he don't speak french)
I watched dimash newyork performance just now and i should say it is far more emotional than before ... so i like it very much ... i suppose it would be very kind of Mark if he can do a comparison between china performance and newyork so he can help us what are the most important differences.

Dear Dr. Marc, as long as you're analyzing this particular recording, I would love to see you analyze the recording made of the blue alien singer in the film "Fifth Element".
Snarky Tart lol, excellent point, what do you say dr. Mark?

Can you guys seriously not hear any of the pitch shifting in this? Especially the ending. It sounds like an absolute mess.
There's no pitch shifting there. There is pitch correction but NOT pitch shifting. There's a big difference.
I honestly don't. Can you point it out by giving timestamps?
@@KajiVocals If you don't think that those last few 7th octave notes on pitch shifted, then I honestly think you're tone deaf. That B7 literally sounds like it came straight out of garage band.
@@isivaasanaru5643 10:15 through 10:24 sounds like he sang every note about 3 octaves lower, and then shot it through the roof.
Thank you.
