I just finished my 24 hour fast today! I feel so accomplished and capable in regards to the willpower aspect of your teaching. I had to work up to a 19\5 schedule over three weeks for my 24 hour attempt. Not going to lie though, I got a bit woozy at the 23 hour mark. Probably from the coffee and excitement. Looking forward to sustaining my 19/5 and one day 24 hour fast. Stay encouraged everyone!
A fast doesnt have to be just food or just drinks it can be anything. Spiritual fasts can even be 24hrs without smoking or have a alcoholic beverage. Anything that makes you feel accomplished at the end because you made it 24hrs without it is a fast.
How can you be so negative😂. If they're doing it for weight loss, it's probably more beneficial to drink a black coffee in the morning to jump start their metabolism than to just feel sluggish and burn at their BMR all day
I have been playing around with this for a couple of weeks. I have been eating about 5:00 pm. That's when I get off work. Then not eating anything except coffee in the morning until 5:00 the next day. Today is my 3rd day of doing it this week. I just always have a bottle of water. If I get hunger pains I just smash a bottle of water. I do feel better. I'm loosing weight. Witch is why I'm doing it. It is working for me. I would recommend trying it. Good luck
I just have to say, you’ve had such an impact on my healthy and my life. I just got home from almost 3 weeks in Hawaii and I was in our hotel gym every morning for my total body workout twice a week, my HIIT twice a week and walking on the treadmill 6 times a week. I’ve lost 16 lbs but more then that, I did not put a single pound on over my holidays and I felt better, my mind is clearer, I just feel smarter and stronger. I also remember your voice every morning saying before anything, drink a glass of water when you wake up. It really does give me energy, more then caffeine. And now my twin sister and other sister listened to my advice and came to the gym with me and both subscribed to this channel. Thanks for everything you do especially for us girls over 50 who had lost our confidence in working out. We are so great full to you❤
That is so awesome. Keep it up. 24 hr fast is so refreshing for the body and soul. I'm also from Hawai'i, hope you had an incredible time in my beautiful home
The one meal that I have when I do the 24 hour fast is breakfast...because I find that if you've been fasting all day, you will get a very deep REM sleep, that you wouldn't get if you began your fast from dinner. I do intermittent fasting most of the week days and i have done 24 and even 60 hr fasting. I'm new here. You are very articulate. Even charismatic. I've been doing 15-16 hrs until I eat. Hopefully, I can do the 24 hr fast. I'm wishing you lots of biz. Thank you Bobbi
The mental clarity thing kicks in once you're on Day 2 of fasting because glucose and glycogen takes about 24 hours from your last meal to be depleted before your body starts tapping its fat stores for energy.
I literally tried this fasting yesterday by accident and I’m loving it so far. I use to fast for 12 hours eat one meal but found myself always snacking at night, so my fast is now 6pm to 6pm I also been drinking a gallon a water a day for almost a year now.
Fasting is amazing. I have fasted for 3 year now intermittent and when I firstly started and stopped eating food regularly it made me realise that what I was really doing is feeding my digestive system correctly. We do not need to eat regularly and it is clearly why people have so many gut problems. The digestive system just doesn’t heal whatsoever. Fasting is so ultimately enlightening and healthy that it can only be the correct way of consumption of nutrients
I did not get a response about collagen, so I erred on the side of caution and avoided it. Here is my take on the 24 hour fast. Honestly, I did not think I could do it. I did a lunch to lunch because I typically eat lunch late, I start eating lunch around 3. That evening was no problem, I wasn't really hungry and I stayed busy watching Dr A's RUclips videos. The next morning, I woke up feeling good. Drank my himalayan water (as I call it) then did my morning 30 minute walk. I continued drinking my water thoughout the day. I am not able to drink green tea on an empty stomach because I had my gall bladder removed several years ago and the tannins are a concern for me. I also cannot drink coffee without my nutpod unsweetened creamer and stevia drops. I did drink one cup of black tea, but not because I needed it, it was because I was chilly. Temperature went from the 90's to the 60's Brrr. I typically take another 30 minutes walk around noon, but I did not have a lot of energy, so I cut it short. I planned on eating lunch at 4, since that is around the time I finished lunch the day before. Around 1-2 PM, I thought I was starving. I chugged a bunch of water. By around 3-3:30, I wasn't that hungry, surprisingly. For my lunch I had a perfect plate, 1/2 baked sweet potato, steamed broccoli and salmon. Around two hours later, I ate an apple and 1/3 cup of nuts. I felt a little light, but did not want to eat anything later than that. This morning, when I woke up, I felt great. No abdominal pain, just great and energetic. I was excited to see a 2.2 pound loss on the scale. I cannot speak to whether or not my insulin sensitivity improved, my HGH increased or if I experienced autophogy, but I would say for me it was a win. I will be doing this again next week, one thing I will do different is use my fasting day as my physical activity skip day for the week. Overall, I give it a thumbs up 10/10
Wow amazing! Thank you so much for sharing your journey, I did reply about the collagen, a little too late I suppose 🙏but yes, you can have the collagen during fasting.
I have 4 more hours for my 24 hour fast.... I've done this before but it's been a long while! Ive been drinking ALOT of water. I felt a little fatigued earlier and about and hour ago the carbs craving hit me. But I'm pushing through!
I have been doing it for the past 10 days . One mug of coffee in the morning and a ginger shot then one healthy meal around 6pm it's been surprisingly easy. I'm feeling better not seeing anything visually yet but I'm keeping at it.
@@seanstockdale6964 I do it everyday, yes.... its a rolling 24 to 28 hour fast, daily. today, I'll stop eating at 6:30 and won't eat again until tomorrow at 6:30 pm... then to reset the times, to have an earlier eating start time, I'll do a 16 hour fast, so that I can start eating at earlier times again... and repeat that for the week. With that, and lots of walking, I've lost 30 lbs this year. (I'm currently at 116.8 lbs as of today)
Hi, thank you for your videos, I just did my 24 hr fast by your recommendation, only water and 2 black coffees I was feeling pretty concentrated and spiritually capable for 22.5 hr, and my hunger wasn’t that bad at all But the last 90 min went not so well I think my body talked to me for the first time, I started behaving a little aggressively and was full of anxiety Even though it was decent at the start, I still have my cortisol levels up, it’s been 1,5 hr after it and a 1000 calorie healthy meal behind I definitely would try it again, but not more than for 20 hr at least a few next times P.s. I found your channel about a month ago, we with my girlfriend completely changed our diet to more healthier foods like quinoa, sweet potatoes, avocado, salmon and etc And it feels amazing, no feeling of sacrificing anything, I lost 6 lb in 3 weeks, my gf lost 2 lb We already got used to it and realize we know about our foods and how it affects our bodies a lot more, Thanks to you!
I’m currently out of work, so I’ve decided to fast for 24 hours once a week. I suffer from IBS and eat too much chocolate, do I thought this would help and test my willpower. 3 weeks in, so far, so good!
Im going to start this tomorrow morning. Today is Monday the 10th July. This is inspiring 👍🏻 im disgusting. Im not fat but im not eating correctly and i don't drink enough water. And im depressed. I need to change. Im going on a liquid fast for as long as i can. Water tea only I mean. Im so glad i ran across this video😊🙏🏻
I did intermittent fast a few years ago and it really worked. Fell off the wagon and went from 13st of mostly muscle to 15st flabby dad bod and I was miserable. I’ve been back on intermittent fast 6 days a week and a refuel day on Sundays. I have been doing 20 hour off and 4 hours on, so eat my food between 2pm and 6pm each day. Dropped fat and gained muscle really quickly to start and then levelled off, but continued. I’ve done a few 24hour fast in the past few weeks and then this week today being Friday I’ve done 24hour fast every day since last Saturday. I still eat my 3000ish calories of home cooked clean food and high protein, but just eat at 6pm once a day. The results are insane. Abs are looking great, I’m feeling great! I’ve just come back from a nearly 2 hour weight session and still buzzing with energy. It just works for me! I don’t cheat on my times, just drink 2 black coffee and sparkling water
So you eat 3000 calories in that window. How do you go about that? Like a massive meal, and then eat some more like 2hrs later or something? Seems hard for me to imagine eating all that in a short timeframe. I work construction and have active hobbies, so need to get in about the same amount of calories. Would like to try this, but worry I’ll struggle with doing it this way
I started eating one meal (dinner) Monday-Friday, and it's been great! Honestly it's not as bad as it seems - feeling hungry and eating at dinner is a nice feeling.
Yes I'm doing this every day for the past 4 days and it's not that bad I mean I'm hungry but when you eat this meal you feel soooo good. I weight 214lbs and my goal is to get to 180
Been doing 24 hours eating only at noon for 3 months now. I've never felt this good, gone from 83kg to 70. I also do 30,000 steps a day and work out 3 times a week
I’m on day 2 of my 3 day fast. I’ve done 1,2 & 3 day fast before. I’m also used to doing intermittent fasting 20/4 and some days I will do OMAD it all works! The benefits are great and I’m a testimony of that. 💯💪🏾💪🏾
I've been fasting 24 hours every day now for about 3 weeks. One benefit is that hunger, which was initially strong, is fading. I can go 20 hours without feeling hungry. Then, I try to only drink water to help with the last few hours. When I finally do eat. I am having all protein (Chicken mostly) and some rice. Olives and Olive oil. One Physical aspect I noticed -no morning joint pain!!!!!
I do 24 hour fasts Monday-Friday I’m a truck driver and I just eat when I park and then sleep good with a full stomach and during the day I drink water and coffee On the weekends I do high intensity strength training (short interval) and eat as much protein and food as I like to fuel my initial muscle repair and then go into my fasting Monday when I start work. This definitely makes me feel good and it’s very hard if I have idle time and something happens to where I’m not driving but I’m losing weight and feeling great
I just completed my first 24 fast in years. Here’s how my day went. Woke up did my thing and went to work I had a Perrier for breakfast. And the first few hours were okay. had a coffee and was zipping around. Then the hunger hit. I felt a little grouchy but I rinsed my mouth with some mouthwash. And i started chugging the water when I felt hungry. I prayed and read my bible. I started to really feel it and I had a green tea. Prayed some more and before I knew it I had two hours left of work. So I pushed. I cried and few times. For known reasons to me. And then made it home. Had some pizza and a salad. I’m going to do this next week and see what happens. Great mental clarity at the end.
Wow good for you! That sounds like quite the journey so thank you for sharing. We do recommend breaking your fasts with something that won't spike your blood sugar as much like a heavy protein/fiber food with some healthy fats on the side. But hope it was a good ride for you! And if looking for a more comprehensive approach to your overall health, check out this end-of-summer sale we have going on at the FMP: www.fitmotherproject.com/end-of-summer-2024-nc-fm30x/ Best of luck! -The FMP Team
I'm trying this today, I've had some gut issues and I think my body needs a rest - 18 hours in and interestingly my stomach has only just started to growl!! My friends rave about fasting so I thought I would give it a go. Interestingly I don't feel extremely hungry, I could eat but I don't feel starving.
First Time Fasting. On hour 47 right now feeling great, light and energetic. Did have light dizziness here and there but nothing else. Am aiming for 60 hours from NZ
If you over do it, it can provoke the body to begin to store fat in response to what it may deem to be the possible beginning stages of starvation and the benefits start to become lost. Dizziness is a good indicator that you're overdoing it. Whilst not necessarily extremely dangerous to fast for a few days...it's not necessarily more beneficial in the long term to fast for longer.
I love this! I've fasted before, started with longer 3 day fast 1 or 2 times a year, then I tried 16:8 intermittent fasting daily. The longer fast are hard with a young family and busy schedule. It would almost take away a weekend. I actually gained weight on the IF fast daily and really didn’t feel like I could meet my caloric intake and balanced meals in only 8 hours a day of eating. Then I started this weekly 24-36 hour fast, my husband and I both do it on Thursdays. I like it and it’s nice to get a mid-week break from meal prepping and cooking for our family. Thanks for this video ❤
It's interesting that we're only just starting to talk about the benefits of fasting now. Back when I was a teenager, not eating to lose weight was "starving yourself" and discouraged by literally everyone even though it's literally the exact same concept as fasting.
I'm 21 hrs and 30 mins into my fast. Feeling good, but hungry but I'm determined!!! Will grill asparagus, brussels sprouts, and chicken for dinner. I intend to start doing this every Sunday into Monday. I'm definitely not doing this for weight loss (Lords knows I need to gain and not lose) but more so for the health benefits.
I get very hungry! I wish I could "like" to fast easily. But as the Dr. said, "it's mental health" challenge. I don't get people who can fast 30 days. The most I did was 5 days and it was so brutal, I probably will Never do it again: pains, fatigue, hunger, itches, hair loss. I really wish I could have a good experience fasting!
I do dry fast for 24 hours and feel great, no more hunger pains for me. Wet fasting would still make me hungry, dry fast never makes me hungry, this felt a little strange for me, still doing it and feel great all the time, I only eat if I feel very hungry, it doesn't happen until after every 24 hours. ❤
That's awesome, congratulations! It's so great to hear how amazing you feel after just 3 days. And if looking for a more comprehensive approach to your overall health, we’ve extended our sale 24 hours but today is the last day! www.fitmotherproject.com/end-of-summer-2024-nc-fm30x/ Best of luck! -The FMP Team
I recently did a 72hr fast and lost so much weight felt like a new person ! I still drink water and cacao in day cbd etc just no food . Works wanders !
I usually lose 2kg from 24 hours fast. I was 93kg in late July. Now Im 84kg. Thanks to intermittent fasting. My goal is to become 74kg as I am 1,77 m tall.
Wow congrats on the loss so far! And if looking for help on your journey, today is the last day of our end-of-summer sale we have going on at the FMP: www.fitmotherproject.com/end-of-summer-2024-nc-fm30x/ Best of luck! -The FMP Team
He didn't tell you that the hunger pains go Just push through it and they'll go I do a 24hr fast once a week 6pm Saturday to 6pm Sunday Then eat a healthy meal When you have that meal after the fast its like the best meal you've ever had 😋😋
From my 40 to 46 i ate omad. I dont know why i stoped never been in better health. I am turning 51 today and i will as a present to my self start omad again.
The 72hr fast was challenging but the feeling i had around the 60hr mark was amazing! I do 72hr fast 4times a year, honestly, since doing my mind is so clear, and i have no aches and pains in my joints. Also, add keto to your diet
I do this every day, I eat only 1 meal per day. 1 meal at noon and then the rest of the day is water until the next day at noon when I'll eat my next meal
I didn’t realize that I did a 24 hour fast yesterday. All I had was water an FYI, if you use baking soda after you’re done brushing your teeth, your breath is fresh for 24 hours.
I did it in one week.... Tuesday 7pm to 2pm fasting time. I ate vegetable then no rice.... Saturday 7pm to 5pm fasting time Ate meat for lower amount and more water... Sunday today... 7pm to 7pm( may target still continues no eating... On going)
My intermittent fasting Day 1 (17 hour) Day 2 (17 hour) Day 3 (17 hour) Day 4 (24hr) Day 5 (24hr) Day 6 (24hr) Day 7 (17hr) Consuming less than 700 kcal. Unhealthy but I need to loose fats With 50 minutes walk 1 hour exercise 8 glass of water
I do adf which is 36hrs been through 1 weeks and feeling great! I started to plateau on IF after many years so I needed something that will shake things up
My goodness WOW! So I actually was not well so didn’t eat for 12hrs so then ended up sleeping the next 9hrs so when I woke I kept the fast going for the 24hrs. I cannot tell you how great it was, I felt so many feeling of youth come back where I felt more alert, positive and aware it truly was a spiritual feeling too, I really had an understanding of myself I’ve not had for years and I will be adopting this into my weekly habits 100%.
I’m Hindu and I don’t eat meat or seafood (ahimsa: non-violence)on a Friday (every day holds some sacred meaning in Hinduism but I chose a Friday as it’s the day of worshipping God in the form of mother). It’s really tough to figure how to make high protein meals on that day and prepping them in advance. I think I’m going to make that day my 24 hr fast day..to maximise spiritual and physical benefits.
Ive been doing alternative day fasting this week. 24 hour fasting on mondays, wednesdays and fridays. Already feeling better. No inflamation, less bloating and lost weight on my face
Hey Lisa, thanks for writing in and great question! We normally recommend shooting for 3 main meals (and potentially a smaller snack if need be) roughly spaced out around 4-hours in between. This is to allow your insulin and blood sugar levels to naturally rise/fall, rather than keeping them elevated by snacking constantly. pulse.ly/azr9woxif4 -The FMP Team
Yes I agree. Especially when you are on low carbs the autophagy starts sooner and you feel your body getting healed. I also do dinner to dinner on the weekend but now I would like to try 36 hours if possible. I do dry fast though. Can t drink and not eat. I am on higher protein, low carbs six meals a day plan to lose weight. My blood pressure went from 150 to 120 in two weeks. After 5 weeks 111/75. I have lost 6kg in almost 3 months. Fasting also helps to reach the next kg down the scale. I think I lose about 300g in 24 hours which stays that way. Thank you !
Currently 8 hours away from finishing 24 hours...this sucks! Never have I ever done this...but I'm here and I'm pursuing my health and fitness goals...
I have been doing no food no water fast on every Sunday since the last 3 months And I am feeling great The good bacterias in our body eat the bad bacterias at this time of fasting Fasting like this also helps mentally and spiritually Please fast guys it is really good for you 🙏
Been fasting for a month and a half now. I do my on Sunday, my last meal will be Saturday night and my next meal won't be till Monday morning. I do it mostly for spiritual but do love the health benefits that come with it
Just finished a 24 hour fast which is easy to do on the carnivore diet. I actually only eat once a day, on most days, anyway otherwise it feels like I'm eating too much, I'm overfaced. My body feels so unbelievably healthy because of it.
Anyone else noticing the rapidity of his speech? Its like a film running at 130% of normal speed. Makes me tired, just hearing it. I see burnout ahead for this man.
One 24 hour fast and one 18 hour fast a week…. I’m not a fan of the daily 16:8 fasting protocol… it doesn’t work with my families eating schedule… 24 hour fast starting Sunday, and an 18 hour fast mid week… either Wednesday or Thursday. Works for me 💪🏼
I have been only eating breakfast for the past few years it has become a normal thing for me. I get to eat as much as i want and I am done for the day it just feels healthy.
only once a week? after reading the comments, it’s clear there is little will power from what i read. does anyone here eat once a day? (every 24 hours) meaning 7 meals a week, or not eating because you’re not hungry.
I have started my fast at 10 am this morning. I do intermittent fasting for 16-18 hours mostly but this is my first 24hrs fasting. I did not have any cravings and hope to break the fast tomorrow at 10.
Almost like we were created to fast... The Bible tells us to fast all throughout. Almost like God knows what he's talking about and made us to fast for all these benefits. Thanks for the video.

You can have collagen just make sure it says keto friendly
👍
I have 4 more hours for my 24 hour fast.... I've done this before but it's been a long while!
Ive been drinking ALOT of water. I felt a little fatigued earlier and about and hour ago the carbs craving hit me. But I'm pushing through!
I have been doing it for the past 10 days . One mug of coffee in the morning and a ginger shot then one healthy meal around 6pm it's been surprisingly easy. I'm feeling better not seeing anything visually yet but I'm keeping at it.
Awesome my friend! Keep it up 😊
You been doing it everyday?
@@seanstockdale6964 I do it everyday, yes.... its a rolling 24 to 28 hour fast, daily. today, I'll stop eating at 6:30 and won't eat again until tomorrow at 6:30 pm... then to reset the times, to have an earlier eating start time, I'll do a 16 hour fast, so that I can start eating at earlier times again... and repeat that for the week. With that, and lots of walking, I've lost 30 lbs this year. (I'm currently at 116.8 lbs as of today)
Don't have coffee or any caffeine on a fast day as it disturbed digestion and gut when your stomach is empty because of its acidic nature
Any changes noticed?
Im 5 hours into my 24 hour fast
😂
3 Days
😂😂😂
I’m 9 hours in. I just woke up…
🎉
Hi, thank you for your videos, I just did my 24 hr fast by your recommendation, only water and 2 black coffees
I was feeling pretty concentrated and spiritually capable for 22.5 hr, and my hunger wasn’t that bad at all
But the last 90 min went not so well
I think my body talked to me for the first time, I started behaving a little aggressively and was full of anxiety
Even though it was decent at the start, I still have my cortisol levels up, it’s been 1,5 hr after it and a 1000 calorie healthy meal behind
I definitely would try it again, but not more than for 20 hr at least a few next times
P.s. I found your channel about a month ago, we with my girlfriend completely changed our diet to more healthier foods like quinoa, sweet potatoes, avocado, salmon and etc
And it feels amazing, no feeling of sacrificing anything, I lost 6 lb in 3 weeks, my gf lost 2 lb
We already got used to it and realize we know about our foods and how it affects our bodies a lot more, Thanks to you!
I’m glad you found this vid and got a lot out of it 🙏🏼🔥💯
How’d it go?
@@sameasnonethis person clearly died...
Inspired. Need to get rid of my dad bod also. Doing 24hr fast today. 1hr to go
Awesome my friend! You can do it 🙏
Awesome my friend! Keep it up 😊
So you eat 3000 calories in that window. How do you go about that? Like a massive meal, and then eat some more like 2hrs later or something? Seems hard for me to imagine eating all that in a short timeframe. I work construction and have active hobbies, so need to get in about the same amount of calories. Would like to try this, but worry I’ll struggle with doing it this way
Is it beneficial to fast for 24 hours once a month?
I started eating one meal (dinner) Monday-Friday, and it's been great! Honestly it's not as bad as it seems - feeling hungry and eating at dinner is a nice feeling.
Awesome my friend! Glad to hear this work for you 👍
Yes I'm doing this every day for the past 4 days and it's not that bad I mean I'm hungry but when you eat this meal you feel soooo good.
Well done.... my first 3 day fast, 40hrs in 🎉 I've done 24hr fasts before, this is my first 3day fast and I'm loving it ❤
I started my intermittent fasting from a month ago , daily 18hrs fasting I am doing, almost 6kg down with little bit of exercise😊😊
I’m doing daily 18 hour fasts. I am trying to work up to at least one 24 hour fast per week or two. I’ve made it up to about 22 hours
Awesome my friend! Keep it up 😊
Everyday 24 hours for 3 weeks?? 🤔 are you still alive my friend? Lol
I do 24 hour fasts Monday-Friday I’m a truck driver and I just eat when I park and then sleep good with a full stomach and during the day I drink water and coffee
On the weekends I do high intensity strength training (short interval) and eat as much protein and food as I like to fuel my initial muscle repair and then go into my fasting Monday when I start work.
This definitely makes me feel good and it’s very hard if I have idle time and something happens to where I’m not driving but I’m losing weight and feeling great
Look after you health man, truck driving is not an easy job
Weight loss and mental clarity is the part I like the most. Not easy but worth it
I just completed my first 24 fast in years.
Here’s how my day went.
Woke up did my thing and went to work
I had a Perrier for breakfast.
And if looking for a more comprehensive approach to your overall health, check out this end-of-summer sale we have going on at the FMP: www.fitmotherproject.com/end-of-summer-2024-nc-fm30x/

I am going to start trying this once a week to give my body a proper rest. Especially before my doctors appt tomorrow. 🙏
Awesome! I hope it's useful for you
First Time Fasting.
The most I’d do is 36 hours at the very maximum
Awesome my friend! You're very welcome 🙏 😊
On my 19 hour fast now I currently have 10 hours left
💪
29 hour fast? Bit random
@@LueRo22 yes & it’s not random
Hope you were able to complete it! 👏🏽
Damn 29 hour days you must only have 6 days a week.
I don’t believe anyone enjoys fasting but the science is there! I try and do it once a week.
So truuuueee. I did it today and i feel very productive
I always fast 24 hours once a week and it feels great❤
Just completed my 24hr fast it was not bad, I'm gonna push it to 30hr. This is something I will continue for life.
Just finished a 3 day fast. Feel great and like I could keep going. I may do a 7 day next time.
That's awesome, congratulations! It's so great to hear how amazing you feel after just 3 days. And if looking for a more comprehensive approach to your overall health, we’ve extended our sale 24 hours but today is the last day! www.fitmotherproject.com/end-of-summer-2024-nc-fm30x/

Ok! I'm going to start this! I really want to be healthier, I'm a mess.
🙏🙏
You’re comment made me feel sad. Please remember to be kind to yourself as you try to be healthier ❤️. You’re not a mess! 😊
Go for it Kim, we're with you 🫶
You’ve got this, hope you have been able to complete a fast!
I recently did a 72hr fast and lost so much weight felt like a new person ! I still drink water and cacao in day cbd etc just no food . Works wanders !
How long did you did the fast for? I’ve been very struggling to lose weight and I don’t know where to do or where to start.
I usually lose 2kg from 24 hours fast.
I was 93kg in late July. Now Im 84kg. Thanks to intermittent fasting.
My goal is to become 74kg as I am 1,77 m tall.
Wow congrats on the loss so far! And if looking for help on your journey, today is the last day of our end-of-summer sale we have going on at the FMP: www.fitmotherproject.com/end-of-summer-2024-nc-fm30x/

Thanks for not taking 24 hours to talk about a 24 hour fast. Short videos are best.
He didn't tell you that the hunger pains go
Just push through it and they'll go
I do a 24hr fast once a week 6pm Saturday to 6pm Sunday
Then eat a healthy meal
When you have that meal after the fast its like the best meal you've ever had 😋😋
Here now 25 hours into a 90 hour fast
From my 40 to 46 i ate omad. I dont know why i stoped never been in better health. I am turning 51 today and i will as a present to my self start omad again.
The 72hr fast was challenging but the feeling i had around the 60hr mark was amazing! I do 72hr fast 4times a year, honestly, since doing my mind is so clear, and i have no aches and pains in my joints. Also, add keto to your diet
I'm on 19th hour of what I want to be a 72 hr fast
@@ssm4121how did it go?
I do this every day, I eat only 1 meal per day. 1 meal at noon and then the rest of the day is water until the next day at noon when I'll eat my next meal
same here. it’s been my lifestyle for 2 years now.
I didn’t realize that I did a 24 hour fast yesterday. All I had was water an FYI, if you use baking soda after you’re done brushing your teeth, your breath is fresh for 24 hours.
The 3rd day out of 15 days of 24 hours fasting went so well today!
OMG! HOW do you succeed on a 15 day fast? Even if it was a while ago it's very impresssive!
I do this every Monday 💕 feel so proud the next day.
🙌
I did it in one week....
Tuesday 7pm to 2pm fasting time.
I ate vegetable then no rice....
Saturday 7pm to 5pm fasting time
Ate meat for lower amount and more water...
Sunday today... 7pm to 7pm( may target still continues no eating... On going)
Did a 24hr fast and I had so much energy. It was hard to go to bed. Felt fine tho. Wild stuff
👊
I eat one meal every 36 to 48 hours. I'm down 80 lbs so far.
How many days you did it and how many kilo did you lost? Please let me know
My intermittent fasting
Day 1 (17 hour)
Day 2 (17 hour)
Day 3 (17 hour)
Day 4 (24hr)
Day 5 (24hr)
Day 6 (24hr)
Day 7 (17hr)
Consuming less than 700 kcal.
Unhealthy but I need to loose fats
With 50 minutes walk
1 hour exercise
8 glass of water
I have been fasting for 24 hours twice a week for a year and can feel the benefits.
I've done 1/23 diet 1 hour without eating is hard work
24 hours is very easy to achieve I’ve just completed a 72 hour fast and three days later jumped into a 24 which will end up being around 38/40
I'm currently in my 20th hour of a 6pm-6pm fast. Feeling ok at the moment but I am looking forward to that 6pm meal 😋
💪
I do adf which is 36hrs been through 1 weeks and feeling great! I started to plateau on IF after many years so I needed something that will shake things up
Yeah I survived by drinking water. Really important. Stay hydrated!
I've been fasting 37h every week for 3 months now, works out great since its not a workout day
💪
I’m Hindu and I don’t eat meat or seafood (ahimsa: non-violence)on a Friday (every day holds some sacred meaning in Hinduism but I chose a Friday as it’s the day of worshipping God in the form of mother). It’s really tough to figure how to make high protein meals on that day and prepping them in advance. I think I’m going to make that day my 24 hr fast day..to maximise spiritual and physical benefits.
Great plan @Roshnee 🙏
Hindu diet is good
I'm just starting my first 24 hr fast today at 4:30 am, I'll let you know how it goes......
It’s best to do this during the weekend because for most people you aren’t working, spending less energy therefore you’ll be less hungry
I really enjoy my 24 hours fasting. Last week i did 48 hours fasting....this week 24.H fasting...next week i m going to try 72 H fasting
Ive been doing alternative day fasting this week.
24 hour fasting on mondays, wednesdays and fridays. Already feeling better. No inflamation, less bloating and lost weight on my face
🙌
On the days that you do eat, how many meals do you have?
Hey Lisa, thanks for writing in and great question! We normally recommend shooting for 3 main meals (and potentially a smaller snack if need be) roughly spaced out around 4-hours in between. This is to allow your insulin and blood sugar levels to naturally rise/fall, rather than keeping them elevated by snacking constantly. pulse.ly/azr9woxif4

I have just done breakfast to breakfast, and I feel really good 😊
Yeah, I think breakfast to breakfast is better than dinner to dinner
Awesome 💪
My energy level goes up after 22 hours of fasting. I notice at the gym weight lifting Crazy power
I have been doing no food no water fast on every Sunday since the last 3 months
And I am feeling great
The good bacterias in our body eat the bad bacterias at this time of fasting
Fasting like this also helps mentally and spiritually
Please fast guys it is really good for you 🙏
Good afternoon, sir(or lady). How much do you drink water during fasting?
I've accidentally fasted for 24 hours so many times because I just forget to eat. I'm glad to see there are some benefits lol
😅
You did it my man! You broke your smack habit!! Happy for you sir!!! Great advise too!
Thank you! I appreciate your compliment 🙏
I did 44 hours. Had a nice flat stomach. Was doing well with eating, then ate a nature valley biscuit for dessert 🤦🏾♀️ gotta start over wish me luck
Been fasting for a month and a half now. I do my on Sunday, my last meal will be Saturday night and my next meal won't be till Monday morning. I do it mostly for spiritual but do love the health benefits that come with it
Amazing 🙏
Just finished a 24 hour fast which is easy to do on the carnivore diet. I actually only eat once a day, on most days, anyway otherwise it feels like I'm eating too much, I'm overfaced. My body feels so unbelievably healthy because of it.

Its been 3 days that i have started and im looking forward for the results 😊
You’re very welcome! I’m glad you found this valuable 🙏🏼
I do a 24hr fast everyday. I’ve done this for over a year now. Lost 80lbs by this alone.
