I have this as an emergency light and it’s perfectly sized for urban settings I tested the runtime on a simple Duracell and it killed around 50 mins without significantly reducing visible light I think I got a really good one from manufacturing so that has to do with it but it is just awesome, I always carry 4 AAAs with me and on in the light and I can basically last a whole night without light.

Will using lithium ion batteries cause overheating or any damage to i3E ?
Please tell because I am planning to buy it.
Many lithium ion batteries have built in charging ports so I won't need to buy seperate charger.
I wish NiMh batteries had charging ports too
