    First one down, 4 more for the week to go.
    I do have a question about supersets in general. Some combos I can do a much higher weight in one exercise than the other, so I end up choosing a lighter weight in order to complete both and keep up with the program. Is that a problem for the effectiveness of the set? Or does the multiple sets targeting the same muscle group pick up the slack in that regard?

      Hi @mostdefiantly373 it's a great question and I feel like you've answered it yourself. Yes I also used lighter weights than usual in order to get through both sets and then have enough in me to go again after 30 secs rest. I don't see that as a problem especially considering that Ignite is a toning and tightening program.

      hi @keevenjackson4631 welcome onboard. You ca do all series on this channel in sequential order anywhere between 3 to 6 days a week (depending on your available time and your commitment to your physique) 👍

    Is this considered an interval workout?

      That's a great question Alan. Although this appears to progress in intervals due to 2 exercises followed by rest it is technically not interval training. It is super-set training.
      By definition, interval training combines alternating short and fast bursts of intense exercise with slower, easier activity.

    Hi Coach Ali & Coach Steph,
    I notice the cardio component for the original Ignite Series utilized light weights during cardio and this one does not. Is there any reason for the change in approach in the cardio? As always, than you for all you do!

      Hi Tony, great question. I'm cautious of not allowing the heart rate to elevate too much especially since there are 3 lots of each cardio exercise. That was the logic behind losing the dumbbells :)

      Hello @pieskotkura, I'm producing this series based on 4 workouts per week however anything from 3 to 6 is workable depending on suitability for the viewer 👍

    I'm so looking forward to starting ignite.. Christmas has come early... Yay!!!... And the good news is I have a week off work, so loads of coach Ali and coach Steph.. Super, super excited me😊

      @@iamstephdavies believe me Coach Steph, I certainly did spend more time with you both, more so then my hubby, at least 2 hours every day, you are both amazing and I enjoy the workouts that gets uploaded.. Sadly today I woke up with a sore throat and cough, fingers crossed I will be better very soon to do more working out with you both and thank you for the reply it means a lot 😊

      @@iamstephdavies dear coach Steph, thank you for your advice, I have taking things slowly, 50% better than nothing, but I must admit the last couple of days, I haven't done any of the wonderful workouts that coach Ali and you have on RUclips, I can't remember the last time I had a cough and cold like this. I think it was at least 7 years ago.
      I believe keeping fit with weights and exercise has kept me fit until now.. Couple more days and I will be back with you both,.
      You are both the bestest ever😊
