    750 calories… If one use not very heavy weights like 2,5kg + 2,5kg total 5 kg: someone know ca.calories for this hour? I would after some weeks go up to 5kg + 5kg. I think she has 5kg. So with 5kg + 5kg 750 kcal. So mabe just with half that weight: 300-350 kcal then?

    Great video. The only thing I’d change is letting people know which specific muscle it works out. The illustration is helpful but I’d like to know if (x) works out the rear, middle or front delts for example

    I really liked the workout, just finished it, what I didn't like was that I wasted a lot of time changing weights between exercises.

    Are the 50 kilos including the bar or just the plates?

      Thank you. We're using 4 foot barbells but even 5 foot will be ok too :)
