This was great! Kicked my butt, this was my first workout after COVID hit me hard a few weeks ago. Love the barbell workout because it mixes things up. Your setup with PIP and timer is extremely useful when knowing what to expect next and being able to adjust weigh and equipment if need be, one of the best formats out there! 😅🏋️♀️

Just getting back to working out after 11 days down and out from c-19. Yesterday I did one of your all standing workouts with all modifications and moved slow but was perfect! Today I did this one and just used a bit lighter weights, but just felt so good to workout again. I can't wait to do this one again with my heavier weights! 🤸🏽♀️💪🏼
Very cool! I get bored of doing regular barbell sets, so this was a really nice change and taxes the body in a whole different way. My ego also got a check as I quickly dropped the weight on the bar 😂 The sit-up where you hold the bar extended is savage, I didn’t bother with the bar for that one.
Honestly, I've tried everything. Every fad you can name, I've done it. Nothing has ever worked because I haven't been consistent enough. But this, whilst being incredibly difficult and leaving me sweating from every pore on my mortal being, was actually fun, I felt every part of my body burning. And with it being 30 mins, I can do it with my toddler around without him losing his mind that I'm exercising.
