30 Minute FULL BODY Barbell Workout Follow Along | Strength Training for Women

  • Full Body Barbell Workout -Take on this barbell only workout for a zero fuss workout that promises to bring the burn.
    I used a 20 kg Barbell for circuit 1 and a 15kg barbell for circuit 2 + finisher- but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level. Don’t have a barbell? I show you all the dumbbell alternatives for each exercise.
    There are 2 circuits to complete for the following sets:
    Round 1 -40/20
    Round 2 - 30/15
    Round 3 - 20/10
    Circuit 1 (20kg Barbell)
    1️⃣BB Row
    2️⃣Double Pulse Back Squat
    3️⃣Reverse Lunge
    4️⃣1 1/2 Stiff Leg Deadlift
    5️⃣BB SDHP
    6️⃣BB Leg Lowers

    Circuit 2 (15kg Barbell)

    2️⃣BB Clean
    3️⃣BB Thrusters
    4️⃣BB Squat Hold & Curl

    I am absolutely IN LOVE with this workout video. My daughter has gone to homeschooling so my gym days are done. I was super bummed out because the weight classes were my favorite. This makes me feel like I'm at the gym again!

    hello :D what a nice one ! I got a Z barbell so sometimes this kind of moves are not very confortable but I did it anyway. I admire you 'cause you're able to do different moves with the same weight, I totally can't haha specially triceps. Thank you !

      Yes the z bar is challenging for some moves isn’t it. Hopefully the dumbbell alternatives came in handy too.

    I can not do lunges because they kill my legs and I`m down for the count for the rest of the week till I recover. Am I doing something wrong or maybe I should just skip the lunges?
