    Hi y'all. I got an epidural injection for chronic back pain. Never again..I had ALL the negative side effects. Ended up in E.R. 2 days🙏 Thank God I made it.🤗 But no exercise for a minute.

    Just a little tweak in form makes such a difference. The hammer curls for example, so much more effective, and dare say harder by keeping the dumbbells in front of you. Thanks so much for the tip!

      Hi there, I recommend no more than 5 days a week. These are lengthy workouts which require a bit more recovery time if you're training heavy and intense enough so 7 days will be too much but 5 will be good 💪💪
