    That was amazing! I have the same machine, but I still can’t figure out what I’m doing. Would you mind helping me? Here are my questions:
    1. Is it actually possible to fit 18 g of coffee? With the coffee I buy, maybe due to the density of the beans, it takes up more space, and the maximum I can fit is 16 g.
    2. Why is it that you lock the portafilter with very little movement on your machine, while I practically have to turn it all the way around to secure it?
    3. About frothing milk… is it normal for my milk to end up too watery? I can (barely) make latte art, but it doesn’t have the creamy or paint-like texture I see others achieve.
    Thanks a lot!

      @javigc98 hi bro. 1 maybe the grind setting is different, check if your grinder can really grind fine enough for espresso.
      2. Your rubber gasket is old but it doesn't matter as long as there is no leaking.
      3. You may check what kind of milk are you using, look for then one with the most fat content, not skim milk. If you have the correct milk then just learn how to froth

    thanks for the great video!
    I have my Lelit Anna since 3 months and am very happy with the coffee taste. The only problem, I get a lukewarm coffee. I preheat the machine for about 5-10 mins with the cup on it and i flush the portafilter before making the coffee.
    Can you help me on this? I don't know if I am doing something wrong or if the machine has a malfunction.

    Hi! Just got this machine with a Baratza grinder, grinding at 8 (very happy with the grinder). I use the double basket included and use the spoon to measure roughly 2 doses of ground coffee. Tamper with a Motta tamper. I never manage to get even a half decent shot. Pressure doesn’t raise above 3, the pluck is wet…nothing, there is no way, I’ve never seen it in green…advices?

      Hi therr are few thing here you need to make sure:
      1. Coffee freshness, try not older than 1 month
      2. Please use a scale instead of spoon to measure to ensure consistency.
      3. Finally is your grinder, i'm not sure which baratza grinder you are using, but thr closest can do espresso grind is sette 270 and encore esp the latest out.
      Ok try that first

    Hi, at first thanks for share your video, You do an perfect espresso! I have an issue with my new Lelit PL41TEM. The "indicator light: steam ready" LED turn off after about 15 seconds of the start of the espresso extraction (by pressing the "coffe hot water switch"). So I have to stop the procees. I want to do a 20/30 seconds extraction ¿Is there some tip for my problem or my Lelit has an issue? Before to do this, I preheat the cup, filter holder, etc by pressing the "coffe hot water swich" without coffe. (Obviusly then I wait to the light turn on again). Thanks in advanvce

      Hi i think you misunderstood.
      1st light is to tell you that your machine is on and in operation.
      2nd light indicator to tell you when your heating element is working to reach the desired temperature.
      When water in your boiler reach the right temperature it will turned off, it on again when temperature too low. I hope this is clear and i think nothing is wrong with your machine

      But if you grind finer maybe because your coffee bean is kinda aging then you can fill in 18g or even slightly more

    Is there a sense in getting PID version here? As temperature is already pre-set to 95*C and I don't see me changing that setting often?

    • @StefanusGoana
      @StefanusGoana  2 года назад +1

      Its a very small machine. You can always run water from grouphead for 3-5 seconds then pull your coffee if you need it to be lower

      @@StefanusGoana Thanks for the reply :) I think I'd go with the PID version anyway :) Last consideration is Anna PID vs Grace. Hi for crema that thick you must brew fresh roasted coffee, perhaos anything that within 1 week from roast date.

    Hello again, how are you? After more than 3 months of use, I have to say that I am very disappointed with the machine. Keeping the same grams of coffee beans, the same ratio, and obviously the same grind level (I have a very good 1Zpresso pro grinder) the extraction times are very different. For example using 15 gr of coffee beans, I get 30 gr of coffee drink .... sometimes in 30 seconds, sometimes in 20, sometimes in 45.... It is unpredictable. I am using good quality specialty coffee, needle dispenser, leveler, precision balance, etc. I took a barista course, how do you always get a similar coffee? Thank you, best regards!

    • @StefanusGoana
      @StefanusGoana  2 года назад +1

      Hi there first please try your best to keep everything remain the same. Dosage, grind size, and tamping power.
      Looking at your grinder i strongly suggest a WDT make sure no clump to avoid channeling.
      My main concern is your grinder, i tried using hand grinder for espresso setting it is super hard, it took a long time for me to grind.
