Of course I had my 5 year old solid muscle son on my lap, so that added to the butt hurt. hehehe! Looks like great fun and the guys going down standing, Amazing! Jabuticaba is one of the rarest fruits in the world and it grows only in Brazil! It's known for growing right out of the trunk of the tree. It's so good eating it straight out of the tree.

There's a terrifying natural slide in Bahia, Chapada Diamantina. People have had compound fractures there (sliding on their feet); and they just don't care. This kind of landscape is really common everywhere in Brazil. There are breathtaking ones
You must prove Jabuticaba. I love it!!! It’s hard to find at supermarkets, normally you will find with street vendors... the tree is also interesting since the fruit grows at the stalks of the tree...
Hello guys , me and my girlfriend wacht your videos every morning because we are missing Brasil now we are in ireland and we love Paraty and trindade you need to go to trindade 30 km from Paraty, thanks for your videos and enjoy brazil .
There is a place called Trindade. A short bus or van drive from Paraty. It is a sort of hippie village with amazing beaches around. Well worth the trip!!
"Gabriela", the cachaça Lindsay drank, is clearly a reference to "Gabriela Cravo e Canela" (Gabriela, clove and cinnamon), a female character in one of Jorge Amado's novels. Gabriela is brunnete, the clove and the cinnamom refer to the color of her skin.
When traveling to other Brazilian cities like Salvador, belo horizonte, Florianopolis, curitiba.... any city actually, you could try to find a "boteco" that sells food (it's usually a place for cheap drinks but the ones that dont sell food are frequented by drunkards), they usually sell cheap typical Brazilian food that you could describe as "soulfood". "Rodizios" and "buffets" are pretty good too, cheap but usually with great food. I'm just saying this because it really seems, by your videos, that you two are living on caipirinhas and snacks, you aren't really enjoying our wonderful cuisine.
True, so I will repeat what I said in another video, because I don't know if they read: Do you want to know what the natives eat? You have to eat a PF: done dish: (done dish with simple and delicious Brazilian food: done dish) everyday food. It's super popular and traditional. The advantage is that it is a nutritious food, it sustains the body well until the next meal, and is the fair and attractive price. Look for a restaurant with simple food, that has "pf" or self-service (place where you serve yourself). The basic food must be beans, rice, steak or cooked meat, french fries, lettuce and tomatoes, it can also include pasta, fried egg, sausage, cabbage, cucumber or another vegetable. This is what we commonly eat for lunch and dinner. A weekend food is churasco, but in order to have a good knowledge of the richness of flavor that I want to present to you, try to eat a churasco in a rotation steakhouse (churascaria rodízio in portuguese). Look for some big and famous churascaria. And finally, the best place to make lache in the morning is called "bakery". Thanks for the videos. Strong hug and good trips.
@@eggibran Yes!!! I forgot to mention the "PF", and very nice mentioning the self-service, I said buffet but I forgot that they dont usually call it like that. So just to clarify, buffet is the same thing as "self-service" in here, and you can try a lot of different foods in the same plate and they are usually a lot cheaper than a "real restaurant"

As melhores praias. Oxi Oxi.
@@bryananthony617 Queridíssimo, aprenda a interpretar o texto. Do mundo, o negócio é outro.
