This is the first color appearance of Krazy Kat, Ignatz Mouse, Kolin Kelly & Officer Pup as well as Krazy & Co.’s comeback to Parmount Pictures after a long 25-year hiatus.
I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that noticed that Ignatz's voice is deeper. And ignats and crazy cats designs in this short are pretty much identical to their designs in the comics.
Despite that Paul Frees voiced Ignatz in the series and these two shorts, he sounds better in the Paramount shorts instead of the series. A 3rd one was also used the same design as the Paramount shorts. Jack Kinney directed that one.
@@ComicsKingdomOfficial I have been subscribe since the very beginning!!! THANK YOU! Good luck to everyone at the new small animation KFS studio working on the Gendy Popeye film coming soon.
The animation was done at Paramount Cartoon Studios (aka Famous Studios). One of 2 Krazy Kat shorts to be given a theatrical release. Both of the Paramount shorts was released to theaters. Via the Comic King series of shorts.
Now this series finally is done. How about Phantom 2040 and Flash Gordon the 1996 Animated Series? Also any of the old B&W Movie Serials from the 1940's and 1950's would be awesome.
@@ComicsKingdomOfficial are the old Flash Gordon and Phantom B&W Movie Serials an option for this channel? Think they were 15 parts each and were the equivalent of Saturday morning cartoons for that era.
@@Error-li6hx I respect your opinion! Personally i didnt like it. Because the show was made so cheaply, lazily and rapidly, there's a lot of continuity errors in the writing. A lot of the humor is also really poorly timed and falls flat on its face

It’s was just sure 👍 a long time to make the 1st Technicolor Krazy 😜 Kat 🐱 cartoon on the big screen by Paramount Pictures but it was worth it.
Your channel is an absolute godsend of hard to find cartoons!! I didn't realize there was an adaptation of Krazy Kat--thank you for your service
You're very welcome!

@@stephenholloway6893 Makes since. Paramount and King Features Syndicate had a good relationship since the Fleischer era.
Thank you, King Features Animation.
You are most welcome!!
🌍 Thank You!
Howard Morris is also doing voices here. He was ultimately the star of the concurrent Beetle Bailey cartoon series.
Howard Morris only voiced in Mouse Blanche, not in keeping up with krazy
5:39 WHERE DID THE HOUSE GO??!?
I still prefer the comics, but i love this adaptation. Especially the episodes produced at Rembrandt Films

They probably reused the animation of that. This was made by Paramount after all.

La gata Loka. Memories
Paul Frees voiced Ignatz Mouse.
Albeit with an different voice compared to the remaining episodes not made by Paramount.
Erm, I'm guessing Ignatz didn't close the sale after all???
Izat Paul Frees doing Ignatz?
Yes but with a different voice compared to the non Paramount shorts.
yooo where krazy k at?
What a weird effort!!
This is an insult to the genius of George Herriman.
Have you seen what the same artists and animators did to Felix the Cat in 1958
@@cakekatjam6 No. Or must i say: Luckily not ! ?
I saw a lot of Krazy Kat's animation cartoons. This is honestly pretty close to the original comics.
@@cakekatjam6 it was actually ok.
