A stroll around Khaosan road alleys late at night in 2024. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and hotels at this popular tourist street.

I always wonder how many guys pass BKK filming without any idea of who he is. A lot of them are probably there because they watched Bangkok 112 videos for years.
Soi Rambutri was the place I headed to when I first came to BKK. Had a Hotel booked for the first night. After a long flight, no sleep, it was a real shock arriving in such a place and was the start of a great adventure that lasted many months
Man! I stayed at the Rambuttri Village Inn this past December. Soi Rambuttri and Khao San Road were my main hangout spots. Found Susie Walking Street the night before I left. Didn't know about the other alley way. Very good vlog!
Ahh, i can fell the smell! Use to hang out alot around rambuttri and khao san 10 - 15 years ago, great times
Quality content. Good to see you back.
Great vlog, a BKK112 classic
Thanks for the trip down memory lane. So many places I've been to on those back alleys and nooks and crannys. Cheers, Mate. I can't wait to get back, but god knows when that will be. Thanks for the BKK methodone hit. Be safe!
Great vlog as usual BKK112 👌. I have watched everyone since well a long time ago. Mark from Oldham. Cheers
I hope the weed shops do go.
It's a blight on Thailand I think really. I hate the smell and it can affect mental health na. I hope they all go. Good 👍
I was walking down a hidden klong (river) in the daytime and stumbled upon half a dozen 13/14 year old kids in school uniform smoking weed. It's so cheap that kids can get hold of it easily. That can't be good. It will be interesting to see what happens at the end of 2024...
Excellent Walk
❤❤❤❤
Can’t be doing with Khaosan Road, too busy with back packers and the like - give me somewhere for a quiet drink anytime
Khaosan is a bit like marmite in that respect:)
Stumbled down here by accident once can smell the alley through the video
The bars seem to change all the time! Had some cracking nights there, might not be the best or most authentic Bangkok experience but had loads of good times there.
Yeah, if you keep it simple and avoid the trouble Khaosan is still a great place for a night out! 🙂
Is raumchitt hotel decent ? For the red light district that is .
That 'secret' bar was the original unofficial home of the Bangkok weed scene before it was legalized. Allegedly.
"this alley always smells of urine," meanwhile retired working for you lays passed out on the alley floor (9:50).
Enjoyed the video - Khao San Road imho has always been overrated - I notice the live music in the hidden alley bar is still the same - atrocious!
Busy looking again. Had many a good night around there😅
It’s still a good place for a night out. I still like the vibe on Rambuttri. Totally different to Sukhumvit 🙂
You sure this is 2024? I'm sure I remember this same video from before covid?
The song playing at 3:38 (d4vd - Here With Me) only came out in Nov 2022 :)
@@bkk1126 Did you do a similar walk down that alley before covid then? Coz I was expecting even the piss smelling alley you mentioned before.
Walking through that hidden alley would be like walking through a dumpster.
I don't think the weed shops are going anywhere. Too much money in it.
