    Just went for a fitting and hit all of these. I personally hit the cobra’s the best and had the best results with them.

      I do like the Cobras, it's a very nice overall package, especially when you take price into account as well.

    Very good comparison as I’m looking for some irons that will help me out of the mid handicap range. Lessons are key, but the club also helps a lot.

      Yes, the clubs will make a difference but you're right lessons and proper practice are the real key ingredients.

    I ordered the Paradyms 3 months ago, haven’t got them yet. Only ones at the time of fitting they had was the Darkspeed.
    Went yesterday and hit all the new ones against the Paradyms.
    End result I’m personally happy I went with them. Darkspeed was a close second. The Smoke, and Qi were “ok” but nothing stood out to change my mind.
    Hope to finally have the Paradyms within a couple wks.
    Been back ordered.
    Had all better numbers with the Paradyms. Next guy might have opposite results.

      I really rate the Paradyms and think its a shame that Callaway have had to forgoe the forged face on cost grounds because it really is the best of both worlds having brilliant forgiveness, distance and soft feel.

      Couldn’t agree more. The feel between the two is night and day.

    Great review I’m currently testing , playing stealth irons at the moment. Tested QI, Smoke, T350, G430, but waiting to test Darkspeed, Cleveland Zipcore XL, and Srixon ZX4. Mightbtest Wilson too prefer the forged Dynapwr on looks to the cast model. As a senior, swing speed with a 7 iron is 70-74 depending on brand and ball speed 92-94. All good like thecT350 but expensive plus some of these irons will be replaced early 2025. Best prices Wilson, Cleveland and Cobra although Callaway have a7 for 6 at the moment. My longest was QI so far dispersion all similar and best descent was T350. Decisions, decisions.

      Never tried the Srixons or the Clevelands, would imagine they're pretty good value for money as well. Forged Dynapowers will probably not go as far as the others, mainly on loft, but very soft and great looking.

    I regret not trying the Calloway AI when I was getting fitted. I did try JPX 923 hot metals and TaylorMade QI’s. I hit the cobra darkspeeds better by a long shot. Might have given a little back spin up by not choosing mizuno but results speak for themselves.

    • @golffm6924
      @golffm6924  6 месяцев назад

      Yes, the Cobras are great and the spin is fine for most people considering how far they are going.

      @@golffm6924 definitely I've got the tungsten titanium version from about 1999/2000. When they came out they cost thousands even back then due to the materials. They rocket off the face unlike any iron I've ever hit.👍

    New viewer and the video was great but I could barely read the statistics on the club comparison. Could u make that larger next time? Thx. And, also, how high are each club going? With the jacked up lofts are they flying low?

    • @golffm6924
      @golffm6924  7 месяцев назад +1

      I checked the stats thing on my MacBook before I uploaded it and it looked okay, maybe on a phone it’s not so good, really it should best be enjoyed on a cinema screen, to really do the whole thing justice. Jacked up lofts, well, it depends on your own personal launch conditions, these clubs get played by a lot of golfers who attack from a steep angle and add loft at impact, so keeping them down for some people is a problem. They’re just about okay for me, I’m quite shallow into the ball but there’s decent speed so they climb up not too bad.

    Get the club which gives you the shaft most appropriate for your game .

      Do you mean shot instead of shaft, because you can get any shaft you want.

      No Shaft , get the best stock shaft option for your swing it’s more important than the club head . To custom fit any shaft is crazy money.

      Yes it's a good one the AI, a really good all rounder, with different shafts could be used by a multitude of different skill levels.
