They look fantastic! I've also found that this style of taquito does very well in the air fryer. Stacked corn tortillas warmed in the microwave, then loaded and rolled and cooked at 400 for 7 minutes or so (lightly sprayed with preferably olive oil). For those of us that can't eat deep fried food and don't like the mess, danger and disposal of fried oil, its a pretty close second.

In South Florida you can get anything Cuban (Im Cuban) but not Mexican ingredients. Thanks for the advice on WALLMART…ill be buying all the chiles and keep following Claudia. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every time I make one of her meals its amazing!!!

When I have rolled the tacos and place them in a baking sheet ready to be fry, the tortilla starts breaking and showing all the filling. I warm the tortillas in the microwave but they keep breaking after the rolling. Does anyone else have this problem? advice please
Heat your tortillas on a comal/cast iron. I’ve done my tortillas for taquitos this way for years and they never fell apart. Warming them in a microwave would make them more soggy and makes them more prone to breaking/ripping. Warming them on a comal they will hold their shape because they won’t have all that moisture you get from the steam in a microwave. 💕
Don't need too. just go to 33 seconds and see she does not tell amounts of salt, chicken bouillon and tomato bouillon. She does this later also. @@adriannahuezo6112

The same oil I use to make tacos Al vapor ☺️ it’s basically just New Mexico chiles, chile Arnold, onion and garlic blended well and then strain 😅

Heat 5 stacked tortillas wraped in paper towel in the microwave for about 1or so.
