"How Gooey saved the game" would be a good title too. Channel Artist: @Milaruu Contact: channelkirbytv@gmail.com Insta: / channel_given Become a Member: / @channel_kirby
Just so you know, Kirby Star Allies was given simpler level design on purpose, since the developers worried that the level design was becoming too complex for beginner players in the 3DS titles.
Love the idea of having Dream Friends being boss fights in Fighters 2. Would be interesting to see how a Banda- I mean Hat Goomba or Adeleine fight. Big fan of the jokes thrown in the script here and there, all wonderfully timed. Awesome video as always!
I feel like they should’ve focused on the Dream Friends for this game entirely tbh. Like, giving each character an actual story/motivation to be here, and having it culminate in the final battle that unites them all, that would be really cool. Idk if saying a unique boss and/or environment per character would be too ambitious, but I think that, in a general sense, making Star Allies with the INTENTION of it being “The Dream Friend Game” has a LOT of potential. Especially if it was “story” focused, giving each character a brief “what they’ve been up to” to catch up new fans and then showing their call to action to bring them on this journey, it’d be especially cool for characters like Magolor or Susie that legitimately have stories to work with, and characters like Marx and Dark Meta Knight that seemingly came from nowhere, showing how they all meet up at the Divine Terminus to team up against Void, the unification and origin of all their collective struggles
guest star allies was always my favorite part of the game because the campaigns could be more focused on a singular move set instead of Kirby's reliance on ability and partner swaps in the base game.
It is theorized that Arceus made lots of worlds, and that Kirby exists in the future, so it makes sense that [Redacted] is there in the Dream Friends screen set up.
If all of the Dream Friends and Heroes in Another Dimension were in-game from the start, I don't think Star Allies would get as much hate as it does... Like, this is pure fan service, and not in a bad way! Its insane how nobody talks about it. I didn't even know Star Allies existed until _after_ all the updates were added (idk how... Same thing happened with Planet Robobot, I was surprised when I found out it existed), and I was genuinely shocked when I heard that people didn't like it.
The Dream Rod can only be used once per palace (if you go back in right after using it the rod won't be there), but it resets when you beat/exit a level.
The fact they put in one major character from every single mainline Kirby game was amazing. Even if the game was a bit short and easy (another dimension aside), the sheer number of playable characters made up for it in my eyes. If only the latter two waves of dream friends weren't datamined almost right after the game released...
Nice, we have been blessed with another upload - I like the humor sneaked into the video once in a while, though I think the jokes could have been less frequent to make the impact of each individual joke that much larger.
Remember, during Star Allies' release, we also got other fanservice-based games like Blazblue Cross Tag Battle, Sonic Forces, and Star Wars Battlefront 2. Guess which game of the four didn't botch the fanservice.
As someone who really wasn't a fan of Star Allies when it came out, the Dream Friends and HiAD were *needed* for this to be a total disappointment. For as many gripes I have with the game playing Guest Star and HiAD with the Dream Friends is super fun especially as someone who's played almost every mainline Kirby games and can spot the neat references to them. It kinda sucks that aside from HAL's (admittedly justified) golden child Magolor, I doubt we'll get to play as any of these guys again (which sucks for the characters that actually make sense to help out consistently). I also can't get over how it took like 6 months for us to get the full Star Allies experience. Say what you will about the DLC being free or other games being worse with this but I personally don't want to get a lackluster game at launch that becomes a more complete product half a year later.
The thing that really bothered me regarding the Dream Friends is the neglect towards both spin-offs (I.E.: Canvas Curse’s Drawcia, Epic Yarn’s Prince Fluff, Star Stacker’s Gryll, etc.) and especially the anime.
how gooey made this game better 🗣🗣🗣🔥🔥🔥 also quick side note I beleive that kirby is going to stay in 3D but also still have some big 2D games as well, it just seems like the right thing to do with kirby yaknow?
I really think at the barest of minimums... Dream Friends should be used in spin offs, even more if itsa multiplayer focused ones, I'd rather have less copy abilities and more dream friends rather than what KF2 did ngl
This is my favorite Kirby game. Say whatever you want, but I am not changing my stance.
Might not be best gameplay but fan service definitely makes up for it
Same!! It was also my first Kirby game! 💖💖
Ditto
@@snowsugardashietheaircatgi932 Me too
Fr it’s my favourite 2nd favourite is forgotten land
Imagine if they made an Amazing Mirror DX that has a post credits teaser of Taranza obtaining the mirror

I feel like they over succeeded cuz I only started getting deaths in the final parts of the final world
I always thought the level design was simplified to accommodate the CPU allies not being very smart.
@@lasercraft32i thought it was so when playing multiplayer cuz the other players arent as skilled as player 1

0:01 Okay, HOW did that happen!? I never saw anyone run into that issue where the Dream Rod doesn't spawn...

Really cool video !

ReDead they are terrifying
Hello fellow Kirby PFPs
Ok, but hearing you call Bandana Dee "Hat Goomba" hurt me every time it happened. Still a good video, though.
are you returning?
