also, one of the Knight Venators of this stormhost was once a Lord of Plagues. my stormcast army is painted up as Hallowed Knights and I like using their stormhost rules in my games. "Only the faithful!!"

Going thru the audiobooks Hallowed Knights are some of the best stories the Taurnus storyline is great to the fight inside Stormcast.

I’m just getting into warhammer and been loving it, could you please recommend which books to start at with reading about stormcast eternals? I’m building a stormcast army and love this type of lore
First off... great lore and "start collecting" vids. I've decided on the Hallowed Knights Stormhost and have a question. You've touched on the problem presented by the interaction between the Chaos artifact carrying Hallowed Knights and the Sacrosanct Chamber. So would it go against lore if I had members of that chamber among my Host?
Bellamorte the Hallowed since one of the tasks of the Sacrosanct is to find a cure to the problem of SCE's deteriorating souls, they could be observing or even diagnosing those warriors carrying tokens to see if extended exposure to chaos has an effect on the Soul.
Makes sense... kinda like "Keep your friends close, but your enemies (possible/future) closer. I've wanted to add the new Sequitors especially the Sequitor-Primes. Thanks for the reply Oscar.

These hallowed knights sound like a mix of deathguard and word bearers
Christopher Combs I'd say more like Grey Knights or Black Templars what with their zeal and devotion.
Miguel Castro i disagree the reason i went deathguard and word bearers is because neither the black templars nor the grey Kights existed along side the big *E* during the great crusade and the big E was disturbed by the word vearers zeal not the templars
Sigmar doesn't deny his divinity, so the comparison doesn't really make any sense.
Armlace the difference is negligible the point is that regardless of how the emperor feels about his divinity is immaterial to the fact that he holds pretty much the same place as sigmar does the comparison is far more accurate
When can we expect more in this series?
Normally yesterday, but there was a mix up (on our end) on which Stormhost he was doing next, and we filmed the wrong battle report! You can expect to see them return in a week or two.
I've read a couple of Hallowed Knights books: "The Gates of Dawn", "War in the Hidden Vale" and "Plague Garden" by Josh Reynolds. They are kind of dull and uninspiring. With the exception of the comical Great Unclean One - Bolathrax, the characters seem stale and spiritless (despite their constant "Only the faithful" manthra). The books are not horrible, but they lack any genuine moments of awe. This is sad because Josh Reynolds did a lot of great books for 30k/40k. The more I read about the Hallowed Knights the more I see that Warhammer would be a much more interesting universe without Stormcast Eternals.
