"Just noise". That was how I thought of the Metal genre before discovering how skillfully a "metal" singer can convey emotion. Well, sir, with this 'cover' you give a master class not only in conveying emotion but exquisite skill in almost every technique within this genre. Very inspiring.

Holy s**t!!! I had no idea Dan did growly, screamy, dirty vocals.. that was AMAZING. This is honestly one of those covers that is better than the original.
Well, this is a rabbit hole" from which I may not soon emerge. I heard "Amazing Grace" and here I am 3 days later still listeining to covers of music i would have never chosen, wondering how I missed so much. I adore Led Zepplin, so I skeptically listened to "Immigrant Song", because surely no one can pull off Robert Plant's vocals. I was wrong.... and I am so happy to be wrong. I may not be a card carrying metal convert, but I am a solid fan of Dan Vasc...voice, music, art, philosophy (love the "apology" vid regarding our national anthem) and beauty. Thank you so much for sharing yourself.

I've been a hardcore Evanescence fan since they first came out and have always been super picky on people that cover their songs. I have to say that this is one of the BEST covers of "Bring Me To Life" I've ever heard. And the fact that you are singing EVERY PART is just amazing!!!

I found Dan Vasc last week! Apparently he's been around for a long time, but I had no idea. I marvel at his voice, his range, his ability to convey emotion. About this particular song, Dan sings it the way I think it should be sung...with deep growls and screams. I can't sing, so when I listen to Amy Lee sing this song, I always wished she would belt it out more. Now I can enjoy Dan's version and really feel it properly!
