It’s not luck he studied in IIT KGP and even after coming to the US he worked for McKinsey & Co. so he cannot be just limited to luck it mostly skill rather than luck.

You are lucky sir, you got four round and four chances to prove. But in india we have maximum 2 rounds. We have to disqualify in that 2 rounds. Indian Hr and Indian company judge the people with in 2 rounds😢.
Actually that’s the sad truth. Interviewers just ask about some tool which not everyone knew. They judge us based on that. A good way is, the interviewer should give a general problem and ask the candidate to explain how he/she would approach it. In that way they would know the candidate’s capabilities.
