  • A talk with Q&A offered at an online retreat hosted by Ajahn Anan March 2024. Q&A:
Q1 32:44 You mentioned about "watching the elements". Would you please talk a bit about how you would do that. Q2 41:37 Could you please explain the way you practice metta meditation please. Q3 50:44 I read that some monks can feel numerous types of breath feeling. Can you describe these feelings more? Perhaps if I know it more consciously I can find it more easily. Q4 54:30 There is a chant that refers to troubles beginning with those born by the bile and wind. What does this mean? Q5 55:34 with your intensive meditation retreat in Bodgaya and then returning back to your duties, how have you managed to keep some of that energy?

Thank you, Ajahn. Your talk has encouraged me to continue every morning and also to say metta for myself as a practice. Sadhu.

Thank you Ajahn Achalo. I needed to hear this as have been having difficulty disciplining myself of late to meditate in the morning as have felt dull. This has inspired me to stay with it. Thank you.

I like the way you elucidate the Buddha dhamma , especially when you talk about how the practice is for you .
    It’s so inspiring.
A peek inside how it is for someone else and not just someone but a 24/7 monk of 29 years…
What an amazing age we are living in , and such a beneficial use of the World Wide Web .
    Thanks again… ☸️
