    I remember Ajahn Sumedho saying that Samatha meditation is suppression and you are so right about the devices. I've reflected on the phone access and it basically allowing oneself to he bombarded with sights and sounds one did not ask for - advertising, myriad of topics that the mind will cling to then follow and before you know it, you've forgotten about thr body and breath and are thick on the worldly dhammas! And later as you go to sleep these topics appear as thr emotions were activated and on it goes. Thank you Bhante 🙏🙏🙏

    happens to me too 😢 my mind just wont stay with the breath for long.. 5 mins the most
    after i walked for 15 mins my legs started to feel very tired 😢

    I am unable to meditate for many months and also feel uneasy and mind is getting lazy day by day but still I make myself up and remind anicca but still somewhere in my heart its just not anicca it feels frustrated...
