The silence is giving me chills in my spine, a thing I haven't felt since Subnautica first launched

I aggro the damn thing back to my lifepod base near the safe shallow in my beluga, hoping to kill it there and take a cool screenshot. Once I was there I kept chaining stasis shot and laser beaming it with tech pistol from a mod, which was tedious as fuck as the thing have 95k+ HP at least, and the pistol deal like 500 dmg a second. After whittling it down to around 60K I fucked up the stasis-laserbeam chain timing, it broke free and flee into the kelp forest. Fearing my efforts would be in vain, I plunged into pursuit with single-minded determination, The Silence becoming my Moby Dick and I, its unyielding Captain Ahab, steering my small Renault 5 water car into the kelp forest to draw the beast back. I made a mistake thinking it probably can't oneshot my R5 since it's not a seamoth so I slowed down to see where it was when I was near my base, but the beast proved me wrong and struck, oneshotting my aqua car with me inside along with it.Fortunately, it was near my base so I was able to resume pursuit almost immediately, on my Cyclop this time since I had laser cannon module from a mod already installed on it and that thing packed more punch per shot than the handheld tech pistol. Luck favoring me even more so, the wrecked R5 model bugged out, it remain stuck to the beast's head the entire tine after that, which helped quite a lot since the serpent loves to spammed the fuck out of its invisibility ability, and now I can visualize where its body is looking a car rushing toward me.Once I've fell the beast, I can't overstate how underwhelming its death is. There is no death ragdoll for it, it just stuck in swimming animation staying in place. Even worse in my case, I landed the killing blow while it was invisible, dunno if it'd be visible if that was not the case, but it stays invisible for me from that point onward. Only way I could find it was looking for my bugged destroyed R5 sub stuck to its head and look at it from certain angle and distance to see it. The worst thing about it all however, is the its noise cancellation ability stay active even when it's dead, I hand to pushed its carcass even further away than the kelp field to hear stuffs in game other than the heartbeat in my base again. 6/10, not worth killing

Well, it can't attack beluga bc beluga have turned off one shot animation (game counts it as seamoth and silent one shot seamoth)
