    Everyone please submit your case yourself if you are a qualified person. Otherwise get help from a consultant or immigration lawyer.

    Mr. Adil, kindly share your view on EB2 NIW petition approval rate post U.S. elections

    • @SuperiorConsulting210
      @SuperiorConsulting210  Месяц назад +2

      Thank you for your question! So far, we don’t expect any major changes to the EB2 NIW approval rate following the recent U.S. elections, as there haven’t been any announcements indicating significant policy shifts. The EB2 NIW category is specifically designed to attract individuals whose work aligns with U.S. national interests, and that demand remains strong, particularly in fields like STEM, healthcare, and other essential areas.
      For those considering applying, it’s best to proceed as soon as possible. Generally, the EB2 NIW approval rate has remained relatively stable over recent years, as the petition focuses on merit-based contributions to U.S. national interests. We’ll continue to monitor any policy updates closely, and I’ll be happy to share more insights as they become available. Thanks again for tuning in!

    sir is there gonna be any changes in NIW eb2 program after new gov of Trump administration?? bcz his policies about immigration seems very tough,,kindly advice

      @SuperiorConsulting210  Месяц назад

      there have been no official announcements from Donald Trump's campaign or policy advisors regarding specific changes to the EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) program. The EB-2 NIW allows certain professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional abilities to obtain a U.S. green card without a job offer, provided their work is deemed in the national interest. Without specific proposals or statements, any predictions would be speculative.

    If someone gets NIW, so is it important that he will do same thing/job/work in US what he has shown as endeavor

    • @SuperiorConsulting210
      @SuperiorConsulting210  Месяц назад +1

      No, it is not legally required that a person who obtains an EB2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) must do the exact job or work they described in their proposed endeavor once they are in the United States. The NIW petition focuses on proving that the individual’s qualifications and proposed endeavor are in the national interest at the time of the application.
