I have processed case with them for EB2-NIW. Before enrolling withe them they're answering of my every query. But once I paid the amount they don't have an interest in my case. They're are good in marketing which is their primary focus for now to get the client. But when it comes to provide the services they're extremely unprofessional at least in EB2-NIW. They make the case one sided without taking your input. In my case they copy paste my CV in the petition and also the data seems to be copy paste from ChatGPT. After paying the fees they don't get back to you on time on your queries. One of my friend also processed with them and He got a RFE. My reviews is only about EB2-NIW, I don't know about other programs.
