Zero acknowledgement of Tatum's dominant first three quarters and 10 points in OT including the dagger three. Not to mention 12 boards and savage defense the entire game, including smothering Hali on the final shot of regulation. Dude had 36, 12 with 4 assists and three steals, with a plus/minus of +20. This ain't Forza Motorsport. No style points here. I don't care how they get it done as long as they do. I don't care who they get it done against.
They won. The NBA isn't going to give the pacers a win because everyone else feels like they played better.
The last two series were 4-1 and they have far and away the best record.
It's crazy because if they lose a close game, they argue that it shouldn't be that close. If they get blown out then it's like a disaster. If they win in a blowout, it's not a big deal because it means the other team is weaker. And if they win a tight game.... It's still bad because it was so tight.
    That's insanity.

Commenting at roughly 2 minutes in..
This situation the Pacers are in reminds me A LOT of GSW vs. SAS back in the 12-13 playoffs. GSW should've won that game, easily, in regulation, and then lost in heartbreaking fashion in OT.. Everyone thought they'd get beat by like 20+ in gm2 but they actually won that game, lol (Klay went 8/9 from 3 for 34pts and 14rebs).. SAS won in 6, but it could've been MUCH different had GSW held on in game 1..
Maybe they make it to the WCF or further..
Maybe Jackson's at a point where he's too successful to get fired, so they keep it in-house..
Kerr never goes to GS.. Takes the Knicks job instead (was on the table for him, but Steph was too good to pass up, lol)..
KD probably never ends up in GS either (the offense would NEVER get to the efficiency level of Kerr under Jackson. Jackson was too old school. Slow-paced, grind em down, 90's basketball. They were LAST in the league in assists per game and went to #1 in Kerr's first year, lol.. So, they'd never win 73 games and be a #1 seed in the West.. Just another team with a ball dominant player battling for 3-6 seedings, lol)..
Big time Butterfly Effect 'what if', imo..

It seems to me that Botempts has been making an effort to be more charming. I love it, particularly because it seems to be so forced and really feel apart last podcast when he starting shouting at/bullying Brian during the Luka/Ant discussion. Don;t get me wrong , I thoroughly enjoy the guy and often get a kick out of his abrasiveness. But I also enjoy what I see as these recent attempts to smile and laugh a bit.

Pacers should be scared. Boston should have lost and played well overall but did not shoot the 3 very well (30ish percent). Boston could easily crush Pacers if Pacers stop hitting their shots and Celtics stop the fast breaks.

Right about Sabonis. As a Kings fan, it's pretty funny to have Sabonis on any defensive team. What's up with that?

Man it’s crazy how much Tatum is criticized. Yes he had a rough 4th quarter but he carried them in overtime. That’s why it’s a team sport is because it’s unrealistic to be amazing for an entire 48 minutes

Closing out the 4th is what the stars are supposed to do. The Celtics are lucky they stuck around long enough for Jayson to get going again. Good thing they have more than one star.

@@holstorrsceadus1990 I understand your point but it wasn’t like he was being passive in the fourth, his shots just weren’t falling. Watching the game you could see they were skillful and they just rolled out a lot of the time. It wasn’t like he was bricking them. Then in OT he came through so he redeemed it

Siakam attacks the paintv& rim more than Tatum & Brown. You all need to watch the game with objective. He got not a single ft last night.
