The way I pray is I pray to God in Jesus Christ's name I spoke with my aunt who is a very good Christian as well as my mother both very good Christians I was told to pray to God through Jesus Christ. I have felt the Holy Spirit all around me like a light. I feel this more when I humble myself and get on my knees and pray 🙏. Jesus Christ is King of kings and Lord of Lord's

The Catholic Church does not teach that prayers or alms giving can change the eternal destination of those who have died. Also, the Deuterocanon was listed in Catholic cannon long before Trent (Council of Rome, 4th Century)

I can see why some of these books were banned. The bible is inspired of God. What he tells these men who wrote the bible to write they did. The bible tells us when we die, our spirit returns to God and our body returns to the dust. So all these rubbish about praying for the dead does not make sense. Death is like been unconscious state.
