Even though I have a printer, I rarely talk about Caliburns because I'm just not a huge fan of them. They're definitely awesome blasters though, but I'd take a Nexus over one any day.

I’m going to have to wait until I see one to pick it up myself and I’m quite glad I didn’t get the previous $180 one when I can get this. Also did you try ultra darts or any vintage dart like dart tag, nstrike, titan missile, suction cup, or whistle, or even the vintage mega darts and last vortex disc but obviously with some type of adapter.
Dart Zone has completely destroyed all of the competition in one fell swoop because they actually listened to what the customers wanted instead of corporate focus groups and bean counters.
But Dart Zone already "did it themselves" not once, but twice. And as I recall the first take wasn't that great. Then they fixed most of the stuff that was wrong with the first take and reduced the cost by half, basically saying "screw you" to the people that bought the first one. Now they made a new one that's arguably even better and reduced the cost by half AGAIN.

I feel like a big motivation for buying those was 'voting with your wallet' and rewarding / thanking dartzone for responding to what we want, so yeah I think you're absolutely right. The DZP blasters are also pieces of the history of the hobby now.

@@dleonidae I noticed i just bought one this thing is probably the biggest hand held dart blaster i've ever owned... aside from that old 30 round air powered Chain gun.... i prefer the old air powered guns sure you had to pump them but you still got full auto like the mag strike and the as-6 hornet. Best of all for me at least is no electric bits to hurt anything and NO batteries.. (i was born long before Lithium- Ion batteries were a thing so.)
For those who haven't thrown an upgraded spring into this blaster: The plunger is actually padded, so if you use the stock spring or something weaker, it's safe to dry fire.

I bought mine through the Walmart app Friday morning & it arrived this afternoon. I was able to use all kinds of magazines except the Nerf 18, but the Nerf 25 drum & the Worker 22 fit perfect so I was happy. I did not even see the de-prime button. That is awesome. Thanx for the info
You can shotgun load by either dropping darts down the barrel, or priming and then sliding the prime grip forward Without it locking and then priming it back again allowing you to shotgun load. I also modified a piece of hose so I could put it in the barrel and shoot demolisher rockets.i love this thing.
The way you have to jam the Mega or Rival Darts makes me just think of like a Flintlock Musket with those rods to stuff the ammo in Also during Tip 9 my brain thinks its hearing like a Jazz Megalovania Edit: That very much I do believe is Jazz Megalovania
It is absolutely incredible. Just one note for a clarification the black button up top releases the prime handle in order to stick a new mag or dart in. But does not allow for deprime. Other than that perfection in my hands especially because I run a stryfe with long and short dart conversion kits in it so. EPIC!!!

Well now it's all Fortnite branded products for nerf, they look incredibly stupid and still don't have a quality build to them. I just picked up a Nexus pro and it's far better than anything by nerf that my brother has modded, and he's done some pretty insane mods for his nerf blasters.
Nerf needs to get there game up and listen to people's idea they need to make a new line called world savers and have a gun that looks futuristic and that has decent accuracy or team with dart zone or boom co
I've noticed that the rear sight can be positioned at about a 45° angle. Doing this allows the same hold points on the rear sight to be used at the same distances when switching from full length darts to half length darts.
I wasn't sold during your last video just seemed like a good blaster but I figured it was gonna have the same modability issues as it's sister blaster. After seeing this I am super interested and... may just have to get one now, though I prefer the automatically primed stampede still as far as springers go but eh, not many springers CAN be automatically primed.
I didn't know that it could shoot rival and mega. What I didn't know that really impressed me was that there was a pic rail under the foregrip. I've seen pictures of custom forgrip equipped nexus pros online but thought that the cocking arm had been replaced.

And while I'm very exited for it's existence, I just know that when (if ever) it comes to European shelves, the price will skyrocket, at least in Finland. Dude i have only been in the hobby about a year. I managed to pick this up about a week ago (somebody stocked the shelf early yay for me) and honestly had no real clue what i had until yesterday when watching vids...so happy with this
This thing is so sick! I’ve been hovering around the hobby for like over half a decade now and always wanted to do an HvZ but never pulled the trigger. Haven’t yet learned how to do stuff like flywheel or short-dart mods and otherwise never felt I had the means to build a competitive loadout. Finally, an affordable, easily accessible, easily upgradeable, 150 fps Nerf mag AND short dart compatible springer primary. I literally never thought I’d see the day.
I had got an ultra to have something fun to play with myself when my nephew would come over and play. Well....I was sorely disappointed with it right out the box and took it back the next day. I himmed and hahhed between the ultra and the nexus for ever too. I went with the ultra because it had 3 different types of darts on the shelf next to it to try and I liked how the new solid foam darts looked. It just seemed like they had to be better than normal darts....boy was I wrong on every level. Anyways. I returned the ultra and grabbed one of these for a fraction of what I had invested in the ultra set up. I was able to by the Adv. Force Sectrum as well. Little did i know that i had stumbled my way into the holy grail of blaster purchases! Sooooo impressed with the nexus. And this video just blew me away even more! I mean...can it get any better?! What's next? There's a an auto dart loader hidden in grip, or there's just coupon inside the gun for a full 100% rebate hiding somewhere 🤣😂🤣 but for realz. Can it even get better?! I don't think so. Like I said I actually picked up the spectrum as well at the same time and what a beast that turned out to be too. When i realized I could throw a 30 round mag in that and was just like. "I'll never have to buy or upgrade another blaster again! Joking, but for realz. What more could I need? Gadgets and extra ammo is about. It. Adv. Force really out did themselves here and feel like rotten egg of kid spoiled at Christmas. Can't wait try the spring upgrade and scar barrel attachment. And I've decided. I'm buying a second one just incase something happens to one. I wouldn't want to be without one of these. Anyways. If your out there reading this adventure force, thank you thank you. Hopefully later down the line some will show up on ebay or amazon

I found one thrifting, and almost immediately shoved a Pyroraptor spring in on top of the stock spring. I don’t have a chronograph, so I can’t tell the fps, but it certainly felt stronger. The Pyroraptor spring is a bit shorter than the stock spring, but the diameter is perfect for going around the stock spring without interference. It made the prime a bit crunchy, but it’s worth it!
While that flash hider on the end seems to fire things from the inside, what about nerf rockets/mortars? Like a rifle grenade on the end. Also, those holes in the stock, will that fit standard QD sling mounts?
Hi Walcom, great video as usual. I hope this blaster becomes available in the UK, the problem is that Asda, part of Walmart, don't stock their blasters, they stock nerf blasters but not theis brand. Yeah, walked into walmart couple days ago, just to pick up some groceries, walked out with two nexus's (nexi?) and a bunch of half darts. Life is full of surprises.
If you make shims and such for the spring... and stretch it, you can get well into the 200+ fps range. Priming gets difficult though. Also, a extended barrel about 8 inches in steel is nice for accuracy.
I was about to buy a caliburn and mods, and seen this gem released this month. I went to Vegas and bought 2 of these! I am pretty happy with it and you really can't beat the price!
I just recently got one of these for a great price with both mags/clips and adapter and didn't know much about it but thanks to this video just makes this thing even more bada$$ and the fact my big nerf mag/clip fits perfectly in it.
My son was out with his friends shooting Rival rounds at each other just now -- I walked out with my Nexus Pro and they all ran away lol. THEN I picked up a couple Rival rounds and shot them, and they freaked out. It was a fun Dad moment - Thank You, Dart Zone and WalMart.
Recently picked up a Nexus Pro and the GameFace Prime I pre ordered arrived also.. all I can say is my intro into short darts has been a total blast 👍 appreciate the follow up vid with the tips, keep up your dedicated work brother 👌

I have 3 nexus pro If you prime the blaster and then you push forward the grip but not all way forward, so without clicking it in place you can repeat the process and push back and forward, loading multiple darts in the barrel, up to five darts a shot creating a sort of magazine fed tactical shotgun. Since the blaster pushes the darts in the barrel, seals and fire them, it is technically possible to 3D print magazines where you can load multiple 50cal balls in rows of 4 or 5 and get a mag feed shotgun that is actually able to shoot multiple balls in one prime, making it kinda deadly.
I'm very late the party but, you can load two or more darts by pushing the primer half-way forward and and priming again. The most you can do effective range with is three darts with long darts and however many you want with short
The Nexus Pro turns out to be what I wanted back when the news of the DZ Pro first floated last year. DZP was too expensive for me, but Nexus Pro is just right.
This video just made the best blaster by far even better. Especially the spring upgrade thing. I'm out of town rn, but the cool thing is I found the nexus pro with the short darts on the Walmart shelves, so I'm glad I was able to pick one up.
One more thing I've discovered about it; once the worker scar is on it, you can slip a demolisher rocket over it and it'll launch it. That's four ammo types
I love this blaster, I have noticed that the Adventure Force Tactical Strike Pro Darts seem to be a bit thin for the barrel.. When I chamber a round, especially the full length darts, they will fall out of the barrel if you hold the gun with the barrel straight at the ground. Shouldn’t really matter, as you probably would never need to shoot vertically downwards at targets lol, might as well just throw the dart at that point! The Nerf Accustrike and Elite darts do seem to fit the barrel diameter tighter though..
Just bought a nexus pro and I realised that you can fit 3.5 whole length darts Inside the barrel and it will chamber them with almost the same accuracy for each dart meaning that you can make a really good shotgun out of the nexus pro
I figured it would shoot Mega. The DZP does too. Figured that out within 10 minutes of having it. You might try shoving a mega inside the back of a Demo rocket. It won't go far, or accurate, but it will go. (at least from the DZP)

Bought it on Friday with the dart refill for next day pickup at Wallyworld. Got the darts Saturday, but the blaster was delayed until Wednesday. The darts are incredible❣
If you really wanted to you could make a tiny pouch to hold a small or micro screwdriver so you could change the spring if you don't wanna leave the screw off, this blaster is absolutely amazing in every way, I really really wanna see how nerf and all the other brands react to this because this is a game changer all around

Well now it's all Fortnite branded products for nerf, they look incredibly stupid and still don't have a quality build to them. I just picked up a Nexus pro and it's far better than anything by nerf that my brother has modded, and he's done some pretty insane mods for his nerf blasters.
I was convinced to buy this blaster before. I want it more now.

Nerf needs to get there game up and listen to people's idea they need to make a new line called world savers and have a gun that looks futuristic and that has decent accuracy or team with dart zone or boom co

I've noticed that the rear sight can be positioned at about a 45° angle. Doing this allows the same hold points on the rear sight to be used at the same distances when switching from full length darts to half length darts.
I wasn't sold during your last video just seemed like a good blaster but I figured it was gonna have the same modability issues as it's sister blaster. After seeing this I am super interested and... may just have to get one now, though I prefer the automatically primed stampede still as far as springers go but eh, not many springers CAN be automatically primed.
I didn't know that it could shoot rival and mega.
What I didn't know that really impressed me was that there was a pic rail under the foregrip. I've seen pictures of custom forgrip equipped nexus pros online but thought that the cocking arm had been replaced.
I bet you can open the blaster without having to deal with clips or solvent welds too!

This thing is so sick! I’ve been hovering around the hobby for like over half a decade now and always wanted to do an HvZ but never pulled the trigger. Haven’t yet learned how to do stuff like flywheel or short-dart mods and otherwise never felt I had the means to build a competitive loadout. Finally, an affordable, easily accessible, easily upgradeable, 150 fps Nerf mag AND short dart compatible springer primary. I literally never thought I’d see the day.
Dart Zone looked at Nerf products and said: "It's time to buff Nerf."
I got one for Christmas and it is my favorite out of every nerf gun I have.
I didn't like the friction fit muzzle at first. But now I found out it has a use. I like it
You can load 2 half darts into the full length mag for a shotgun effect.
I had got an ultra to have something fun to play with myself when my nephew would come over and play.
Well....I was sorely disappointed with it right out the box and took it back the next day. I himmed and hahhed between the ultra and the nexus for ever too.
I went with the ultra because it had 3 different types of darts on the shelf next to it to try and I liked how the new solid foam darts looked. It just seemed like they had to be better than normal darts....boy was I wrong on every level.
Anyways. I returned the ultra and grabbed one of these for a fraction of what I had invested in the ultra set up. I was able to by the Adv. Force Sectrum as well. Little did i know that i had stumbled my way into the holy grail of blaster purchases!
Sooooo impressed with the nexus. And this video just blew me away even more! I mean...can it get any better?! What's next? There's a an auto dart loader hidden in grip, or there's just coupon inside the gun for a full 100% rebate hiding somewhere 🤣😂🤣 but for realz.
Can it even get better?! I don't think so. Like I said I actually picked up the spectrum as well at the same time and what a beast that turned out to be too. When i realized I could throw a 30 round mag in that and was just like. "I'll never have to buy or upgrade another blaster again! Joking, but for realz. What more could I need? Gadgets and extra ammo is about. It.
Adv. Force really out did themselves here and feel like rotten egg of kid spoiled at Christmas.
Can't wait try the spring upgrade and scar barrel attachment.
And I've decided. I'm buying a second one just incase something happens to one. I wouldn't want to be without one of these.

@@thisaccountisntreal107 I did ship a Kronos into Australia from Ebay (When I opened it I actually got a note saying "This Package has been inspected by Australian Customs and Border Protection" lmao) but the only place right now to get a Nexus Pro is from walmart and walmart us only ships to the US.
Hopefully later down the line some will show up on ebay or amazon

I found one thrifting, and almost immediately shoved a Pyroraptor spring in on top of the stock spring. I don’t have a chronograph, so I can’t tell the fps, but it certainly felt stronger. The Pyroraptor spring is a bit shorter than the stock spring, but the diameter is perfect for going around the stock spring without interference. It made the prime a bit crunchy, but it’s worth it!
While that flash hider on the end seems to fire things from the inside, what about nerf rockets/mortars? Like a rifle grenade on the end.
Also, those holes in the stock, will that fit standard QD sling mounts?

Hi Walcom, great video as usual. I hope this blaster becomes available in the UK, the problem is that Asda, part of Walmart, don't stock their blasters, they stock nerf blasters but not theis brand. I can always live in hope, either that or a nice American friend could ship one over, all costs met by me. Anyway, great video,fantastic blaster information but it's a teaser for the uk mate. If you make shims and such for the spring... and stretch it, you can get well into the 200+ fps range. Priming gets difficult though. Also, a extended barrel about 8 inches in steel is nice for accuracy.
I was about to buy a caliburn and mods, and seen this gem released this month. I went to Vegas and bought 2 of these! I am pretty happy with it and you really can't beat the price!
I just recently got one of these for a great price with both mags/clips and adapter and didn't know much about it but thanks to this video just makes this thing even more bada$$ and the fact my big nerf mag/clip fits perfectly in it.
My son was out with his friends shooting Rival rounds at each other just now -- I walked out with my Nexus Pro and they all ran away lol. THEN I picked up a couple Rival rounds and shot them, and they freaked out. It was a fun Dad moment - Thank You, Dart Zone and WalMart.
Recently picked up a Nexus Pro and the GameFace Prime I pre ordered arrived also.. all I can say is my intro into short darts has been a total blast 👍 appreciate the follow up vid with the tips, keep up your dedicated work brother 👌

I just got my Nexus today thanks to a friend and I was checking it out but I didn't even think to try Rival or Mega I can't believe it dose so much and that you can print a handle thank you dart zone for listening
I have 3 nexus pro
If you prime the blaster and then you push forward the grip but not all way forward, so without clicking it in place you can repeat the process and push back and forward, loading multiple darts in the barrel, up to five darts a shot creating a sort of magazine fed tactical shotgun.
Since the blaster pushes the darts in the barrel, seals and fire them, it is technically possible to 3D print magazines where you can load multiple 50cal balls in rows of 4 or 5 and get a mag feed shotgun that is actually able to shoot multiple balls in one prime, making it kinda deadly.
Mine arrives Monday. My buddy already figured out you can do all the same stuff with a DZP so not surprised that it fires mega.
I'm very late the party but, you can load two or more darts by pushing the primer half-way forward and and priming again. The most you can do effective range with is three darts with long darts and however many you want with short
The Nexus Pro turns out to be what I wanted back when the news of the DZ Pro first floated last year. DZP was too expensive for me, but Nexus Pro is just right.

This video just made the best blaster by far even better. Especially the spring upgrade thing. I'm out of town rn, but the cool thing is I found the nexus pro with the short darts on the Walmart shelves, so I'm glad I was able to pick one up.

One more thing I've discovered about it; once the worker scar is on it, you can slip a demolisher rocket over it and it'll launch it. That's four ammo types

I love this blaster, I have noticed that the Adventure Force Tactical Strike Pro Darts seem to be a bit thin for the barrel.. When I chamber a round, especially the full length darts, they will fall out of the barrel if you hold the gun with the barrel straight at the ground. Shouldn’t really matter, as you probably would never need to shoot vertically downwards at targets lol, might as well just throw the dart at that point! The Nerf Accustrike and Elite darts do seem to fit the barrel diameter tighter though..
Just bought a nexus pro and I realised that you can fit 3.5 whole length darts Inside the barrel and it will chamber them with almost the same accuracy for each dart meaning that you can make a really good shotgun out of the nexus pro
From my experience, the stock "buffer tube" fits mil-spec dimension stocks at the very least.

I figured it would shoot Mega. The DZP does too. Figured that out within 10 minutes of having it. You might try shoving a mega inside the back of a Demo rocket. It won't go far, or accurate, but it will go. (at least from the DZP)
I finally got mine and 100 pro half darts. So excited to mess around with it this weekend! FYI walmart.com had another round of them available

If you really wanted to you could make a tiny pouch to hold a small or micro screwdriver so you could change the spring if you don't wanna leave the screw off, this blaster is absolutely amazing in every way, I really really wanna see how nerf and all the other brands react to this because this is a game changer all around
Just get one of those screwdriver set keychains. I got one as a complimentary gift when I bought some crap, so they should be pretty cheap.
We can get them in Europe for 99.99 euro (120 usd) through Grey import, but I am happy I did it. Can't wait to try it after seeing all this.
You can also shotgun full length darts by priming the blaster half way for however many shots you want.
