People were abusing this system have now ruined it for everyone else. Its truly sad that people who genuinely left their families cant have them over . Now they will go after ILR and make citizenship next to impossible.

I’m switching employer and I got my first skilled worker visa (Health and care visa) on January 2023, now I am switching employer still on the health and care visa , but the annual pay on my COS is 22,600 and NOT the new going rate for Health care visa which is 23,300. Please will this affect me?

Hi Nanelle, i came into the UK in December 2022 on a student visa while I'm the dependent. I got a job in a care home (working over a year now). I just got sponsorship but i was sent an email today that my family can't be under my sponsorship application due to the government change rules in march 2024. Any advice? Urgent response please 🙏
I came in the uk 2021 as a student, i completed my studies, and i was on psw before i got sponsorship visa on the 22nd of july 2024. Currently, i am on a care worker visa as a support worker code is 6135, the salary is £27,300. On top of that , my wife came in the the uk 2022 and now she is on psw ( as we both came with student visa) . We got English married 5th of August 2024 . My question is , will my wife eligible to be my dependant?

Hi Nanelle . I appreciate the way you genuinely disseminate informations weldaon, please, I am an Adult nurse from Nigeria. I have passed OET, CBT and OSCE in April awaiting PIN the reason for delay is that my verification is more than 12 months so i have been requested to submit a certificate of good standing by NMCN or from an employer here in the Uk, unfortunately, I am unable to get a certificate of good standing from NMCN there by leading to delay in having my PIN, i am job hunting and i would if you could assist me incase of any vacancy for a pre registered Nurse or international educated nurse. We came on a student visa, I'm the student. My dependant has now gotten a job and they have promised to give her sponsorship by end of our student Visa. Her annual pay is £29,950. I'm I going to be able to apply as her dependant this time, we are already in the country?
No. Except she was on the visa before 11 March.
This needs to be clarified, as many people I know are under the impression that earning an annual salary over £29,000 allows their dependants who are already in the UK to stay. but not many talk about this . im not sure why Note: the job is support worker
