I think it sounds the same because he is using the same type of dissonant chord. I love how he jokes after shredding his guitar when even 20 years later he still doesn't include a single guitar solo in any of his songs. JAJA
@@christmeister Yeah, I was talking about the guitar he gave away. I wonder where it ended up. Definitely worth a lot of money if it has Providence, because it was used to make the first Deftones record. The guitar that’s in this video, the Sunburst ESP. It did get destroyed. There’s pictures of what was left of it on Deftones Instagram page.
@@requis4798 it's either with a collector or a deftones fan because I saw that guitar listed for $4k on Reverb but I'm not sure if it sold or if the seller took down his listing
Wouldn't say he's not good looks simple but try to play elite for 3 minutes straight on time and see how easy it is his rythm playing is very on point.
“I just think that tailpiece looks really gay”
I bought this ESP signature model in black and refinished it just like his. It's my favorite guitar in the world. Check my thumbnail pic. Love it.
I’m norm not a burst guy, or ESP guy for that matter, but I’d rock this. Cool it still has the neck pickup too.
Love the Deftones but that was the most awkward intro ever lol
He looks like Q from Impracticsl Jokers in this video lmao 😂
Why does the first riff sound exactly like the intro to Error?

I guess it just shows he’s been sitting on that one for a long time.
@@sharinglungs3226 Exactly 😂
Gold
I want to meet him so bad
“Tail piece looks gay” lolol
I wonder if he wants that guitar back it should be in a Museum...
What year is it?
2000, I think.
@@JonCurcio thanks, bro!
It’s white pony era.
I wander where that guitar is.
Some fan prolly owns it or stef might've destroyed it like he sometimes did on the WP tour

He’s really not that good of a guitar player but he’s super creative
His playing is impressively tight and clean.

Its pretty easy to do on time if you lock in and channel your inner stephtones@remuspiricsi4625
