That is bonkers fast for a truck. Seriously take a look at truck 0-60's, just a couple years ago the #1 truck for this was 3.2 seconds, and had a top speed of 118. The Lamborghini Countach? 4.5 to 5.9 seconds. 158-208 mph top speed though!
As far as I can tell this truck is very much capable of going much faster, but they have to electronically limit the top speed since those big ol' mud terrains aren't rated for much faster than a buck thirty. Would rather have a disappointing top speed than a 33 inch mud terrain explode at 150 mph lol
@@GETREALLYRICH it’s still rust and rust on a new car is an eyesore. A normal car wouldn’t get rust on it after it rains but why does the cyber truck get an excuse?
Watsup with the corny names for the features? “Beast Mode”, “Cheeta Stance”?!?!?! You can absolutely tell that tech engineers are the ones deeming these, not automotive enthusiasts, designers and artists.
Electronically limited due to tire restrictions. Tire company forced them to do it, you don't want a 33" tall mud terrain ripping itself apart at 150-160 mph.
@@leomux2004 Yeah I agree, but you can do truck stuff with it, some people did use CT on a ranch to do trucking stuff. now hypercar like lambo or ferrari is just status symbol, it stays more on the garage rather on the track which is a true definition of useless car.
@@pindot787 Yeah, you're right, but then why market the truck as a supercar slayer? Truckers don't care about 0-60 times, hp and top speed, they care about torque, towing capacity and cargo capacity. This is not how you market your new electric truck. Which is my main issue with Tesla in general: they market their cars for tech nerds, and not for the specific niche of that car.
Charging electric cars works almost like charging your phone, stupid. The battery is charged from one hour to one hour and forty-five minutes, while discharging it empties from four to seven hours (during use). However, if you do not use it much, it can continue with you for the day.

@@onefastslimjim Just my guess....something to do with the battery getting too hot having to produce that much sustained energy.
@@breyrey7612 Na its not the battery a plaid can go 200+mph and be just fine its more about brakes than anything really 😂
A bullet proof, rust proof, dent proof, supercar truck. Probably the best overall multi use vehicle ever created so far.
It’s well known that it is already rusting bro 😭
I hope this was sarcasm
@@Beepboopbopbob haha show me structural rust anywhere on the body panels? Surface rust doesn't harm anything

So? Let them have a little fun with their lives
i just rode in one today the 0-60 is insane feels like a roller coaster when your stomach drops
Top speed 130 🤣🤣 0-60 time means nothing.
130 is fast for a truck
Ya, it's a truck..
Now that the roadster is committed to production, let see what a 1st gen sports car. What stats will the Tesla have.
Electronically limited due to tire restrictions. Tire company forced them to do it, you don't want a 33" tall mud terrain ripping itself apart at 150-160 mph.
Damn people will find any way to hate on Teslas. It's a truck. If you want top speed the Model S can go 200 mph.
25% battery drained in thet one launch, lol
😂😂😂
At 100 it’s game over. Roll racing is where it’s at anyways in 2024.
Is it really a truck? I don't see truck.
Yes because when I buy a truck I care how fast I go from 0 to 60...
Well you will if its a commuter car on the freeways. You'd be surprised how often you need to gun it to merge.
This thing is about as close to a truck as i am close to being santa
I hate launch controls. I hate autos. I hate big screens. Pass
Then ride a bicycle and stop complaining
@SaltyLife851 No I stick to my cars made for men who can drive and the ladies like you can drive your auto
@@cabbagehead8082I get hating change but this is pretty bad
Lmfaoo the cybertruck is ugly af but what’s wrong with launch controls, big screens and auto? 😂
most pointless vehicle ever created
Only for marketing purposes, just like everything that Elon musk does...
At least it could do some trucking, unlike some hypercar, which only purposes is show off.

its quick, not fast.
2.6 sec to 0 to 60 is stupid fast for a massive pickup
MKBHD reference 😉
Nobody asked for this
Hater lmao
You're right @billzkustomz, no one asked for your useless opinion.
no one asked for the comment either, yet here you are. Stay in your lane
