I just discovered your channel. I could only do the first 8 minutes, but, since I am starting to exercise this is a really good beginning. Thank You so much for posting here on You Tube. I love that there is a continual flow from one movement to the next, that none of the movements last for any excess amount of time and is therefore doable, and also that there is no talking. Thank You from the bottom of my being for your channel.

I really am enjoying your workouts! However, I would like to suggest adding a voice over. I also don’t like workouts where the person is constantly talking but adding short snippets to explain the next exercise or add tips (such as “lift your head/neck for this next one”) would be sooo helpful. It’s really hard to constantly have to look over at the screen to see what the next exercise is and if I’m doing it right. 😢
My thoughts while doing this: How is she not pausing? I feel like my whole legs are on fire. How is she not dying? How is she smiling through out? This was so fun to do though

I tend to have a heavy blood flow during my period and feel quite bloated, which makes it difficult to stick to my usual routine.

Your exercises are helpful but because it is filmed taken half in the sun & half in shadow, I'm getting the exercises wrong... plus it's all done by side view so one can't really SEE what yr doing... especially as am viewing this on my phone...
