I have downloaded the app, but where do I put in the code you have referring to in the video?
I'm really impressed by your honesty with yourself - I thought the puffer vest fit well but you said that you wouldn't be comfortable walking around in it and therefore put it away. It made me realize that you've definitely got a realistic view of your clothes and I love that you were able to share that with us
Also the outfit you and your mom called a "mom" outfit is what I wear all the time and I don't have kids haha!
Thank you! I should have called it a practical outfit.
@@shannontorrens1 haha yes that's a great description!
I love how you keep it real Shannon, yes we have all been there. You have such a healthy attitude towards your weight which is infectious. I also love that you refer to your Mum as your best friend ❤
Thank you! Yes I think it is best to not get upset about weight, at least I don't anymore =)
We love you and your mom 💞 always glad to see her in your videos. Hope to be such a great friend to my daughters when they are grown 💖
Thank you! It is fun to have a mom as a friend too.
At least you got a baby out of it! I am up and down from recurrent miscarriages and then 4 IVF cycles - it’s madness. My body will never be the same 😢 Not decluttering till that phase is over but taken out what doesn’t fit.
I got rid of all the clothes that didn’t fit when I became a minimalist 3 years ago. I am not a clothes person, so I wear the same ting every day. I got 3 dark blue jeans and 6 dark blue T-shirts and a jacket to wear on cold days. I wear a uniform at work so this is enough. I also have hiking wear and gym clothes and two dresses. But all in all I own less than 30 pieces of clothes and shoes. For me this is perfect.
That is great! I hope you are having a nice weekend. =)
So happy for you that your number of subscribers are heading up ++++. I have watched a lot of women in your video category. You and Dawn the minimal mom are my favorite. You hit the right mix of being personal, giving useful information and giving me new ideas and perspectives of what to do with my own home. Thank you and I enjoy both of your channels.
Thank you Anna! I love to hear that because I also think the minimal mom has a lot of great ideas, but our format is a little different. Just shows we can all talk about the same topic but bring our own personal experience to it. I hope you are doing well.
I replaced scrubs too soon because I was down to one pair for my body shape at the time. I started my weight loss and bought new scrubs because I needed some that fitted me .. & boom! 7 months later I was 61lbs lighter. 🤦🏻♀️ I barely started wearing my new scrubs like 1-2 months ago. $2000 Figs that don’t fit.
After my first child (long ago), I assumed if I reached my pre-pregnancy weight the clothes would fit fine. Well, I did get back to that weight and although most things fit well, one dress that had fit just right no longer did. No one ever told me that having a baby changes your body in other ways than weight. Your shape is just not the same. Of course, it was certainly worth it. Just would be helpful if we knew some of these things in advance.
I completely agree Karen! After my first 2 boys my body was shaped different than before and I don't imagine it going back. Also my style has changed from before I had kids (and with age )too. =)
Love this one; I'm 2 months pp with baby 6, and having the same struggle of wondering what shape and size I'll be morning by morning! I'll be following your example as I can squeeze out the moments, and I'm especially grateful for the encouragement to embrace this season and this body, and to pass on what I don't love or fit.
I lost weight over the last couple of year. Everything in my closet and drawers right now fits, and I feel good wearing what I have. I only have about 20% of the amount of clothes I used to. Feels so darn good to like my closet now
Yay! That is wonderful =)
Shannon, I loved the clothes you tried on at the end with your mom. Simple and cute!
Oh thank you!
Having babies in your late 30s is no joke for your body! I turned 37 right after I had my twins and 39 a few months after my third. She’s five now and I’ve never quite gotten back to my before-kids body. In some ways, it’s better now (I’m definitely stronger), but everything just different. Embracing where I am (body and season) has been so helpful. ♥️
Hi Rebecca, that is exactly where I am at. I feel like I need to embrace the season I am in and accept it for now. I hope you are doing well.
@@shannontorrens1 Acceptance has been good - prioritizing strength and function has been a faster path to happiness for sure. I don’t want to give up bread and chocolate! ♥️
I just love.your relationship with your mom. So lovely to have her close by. I have a similar relationship with my mom and it's a blessing
Thank you so much!
I love the way you talked us through your thought process with this, Shannon. I loved the fashion show at the end! I also love how everything goes with more than one thing. Great video!
Thank you so much!
I really enjoyed this because you were so compassionate & reasonable with yourself. I liked how you said that your dress had its moment. It's really true that some clothes have their moment & it's time to move on. You ended up with a nice capsule to build on. I'd love to see more of the final outfits. Your Mom is such a great support!
Thank you so much! I hope you have a nice day =)
Shannon, this was so helpful. I like the way you shared with us your thoughts with us along the way. You gave yourself the grace to accept the size you are post-baby and acknowledged that it’s okay. Also, you decided on a particular bin to hold onto things and you kept to that amount of space. Great job. I loved the fashion show with your mom. Good luck shopping!
Hi Ann, Thank you! It felt great to clear out all the things that don't fit right now.
I need to do this! I’ve got a few pieces of clothing which I love the fabric but don’t ever wear the thing. I’ve actually thought of making them into throw pillows instead 😂
haha good idea to reuse the fabric!
Having your Mom to give you another opinion is good. I do most on my own, but know if I had someone it would eliminate the second guesses. Now off to my drawers and hope chest!
The outfits you tried on are all cute. I like that you can mix & match. The "what if" bin is a good idea, limiting it to one bin, plenty.
Thank you Linda!
Wow Shannon, you got rid of a lot. Years ago I lost a lot of weight.....many sizes. I ended up gaining the weight back I lost and then some. I kept all of those clothes for years hoping to lose that weight. Stupid me bought all of those new sizes brand new. So some, such as summer, I only wore 1 year. Ouch! Very good to set a limit. You did great.
Thank you! Such a good idea to set a limit, especially if you think your size might change. But I know that feeling of buying clothes in one size only to lose a lot of weight and feel like I wasted money. That is exactly what happened after I had my second son.
I’m in this situation right now…I’m trying not to ‘panic’ buy. I literally do not have a cardigan to wear in fall and it is my necessary third layer. I just had to go buy a pair of cheap jeans so I had something to put on my body. None of my jeans fit. I had sudden excessive weight gain due to health problems. Even all my ‘largest ‘size clothes that I usually keep do not fit. Thank goodness for my capsule mindset so I don’t need to by much but just a few necessary items.
Hi Sarah, panic buying is a real thing! It has already happened to me as you saw in this declutter. I had nothing to wear and just bought the first thing I saw only to find out that it didn't fit that great. It really is great to know just a few items can get us to that next stage.
I lost a lot of weight, bought a limited amount of clothing that I like (as I had turned to minimalism) and got rid of everything else , except for just a few pieces that I loved and were only a little on the big side. Then a lot of things happened, including moving across the country and living in Air BnBs for 5 months. Then high stress and grieving came my way via a mom and dad with severe health issues that got very scary. All of this added up to 20++ pounds. I have bought some things because I had to, HAD TO, but I’m determined to lose it. Oh, but the pounds are hard to lose and the motivation is hard find. Bless you Shannon and everyone else who is trying to win against the challenge of weight loss. ((((Kept the clothes that I was wearing for a little while. They are in good enough shape and I want to go smaller than they are so they should be a step in the weight loss journey, not the goal.)))
I can completely relate to this struggle Anna! I always tell myself the weight wasn't put on overnight so it's not going to fall off overnight. Slow and steady will win the race =)
I love the outfits you decided to keep that you tried on with your Mom... Happy shopping for the items on your list.
Thank you so much!
Yes! I have at least six beautiful summer dresses that I just can't get rid of. They're just that little bit too tight on me at the moment. I am hoping that once I stop taking the medication I am currently on (the main reason for my weight gain), they will fit me perfectly again 🙏 I just love them so much!
Thank you for your wonderful video 🩷
That was a cool video! Thanks for the shout out to Hawaii!! We love it here! Which islands have you visited we live in Kauai. Sweet that Mom came over to hang and shop with you!!
Thank you Laura, I have been to Kauai once a long time ago and loved it. But we usually go to Maui when we go on vacation. Hawaii is so beautiful I love it there. =)
@@shannontorrens1 Come back!! I would love for you to see us and help in my home. We always say other islands are good but Kauai is the best!!🥰
Your videos with your mom are my favorite ones!
Yay! Thank you!
Sharon, I just dropped off a bag of clothes that I bought out of desperation. I was so glad to get rid of it, it was all summer clothing, so I will replace next season, but it taught me a big lesson NO desperation shopping from now on…
Yay! That is the lesson I learned too =)
I’m four months postpartum and can definitely relate! 😬😁
Congratulations on your baby =)
Shannon, you are such an encouragement and inspiration to me. I love your how you have such a healthy outlook regarding gaining weight or losing weight during different seasons of life. I used to always beat myself up when these times would happen but that just makes us feel worse doesn't it? Actually facing it and removing what doesn't work for us right now and seeing what does work makes us just feel good and we deserve to feel good in our clothing. I love the method to your organization in this video regarding this. Your mom and my mom would get along great bc my mom loves to shop too! I just want to find the replacements as quickly as I can and move on haha
Thank you for the tip about actually writing it down on paper, the items that we need as replacements. Usually I just try to tell myself I'll remember and then I go to open the drawer and I don't have any PJ pants Etc or like only two long sleeve shirts. This morning I decluttered a pair of pajama pants and thought, "I won't worry about that for a while"...but I'm going to write it down. Yesterday I let go of at least 10 items which included four pieces of clothing, one pr of athletic shoes and other home goods things. Go us!!! Your space looks refreshing & so does mine!😉☕️🍁🍂
Hi Julia, I love to hear what is working for you and that you are still decluttering what you don't need. Yay! I am trying to have a good attitude about my size right now because like you said it doesn't help to feel bad about it or go around with no clothes lol. I am like you I want to just find the items I need quickly. The fact that I have already been to 3 stores and not found what I wanted is very frustrating. I am still on the hunt for what I need, but being picky combined with only wanting certain items makes it hard. So happy to hear you space is also looking refreshed =)
@@shannontorrens1 you look great, so no shame! Here's a funny story that I thought of when you were talking about the black plaid shirt and how the look of it was not something you liked. A couple years ago, I had the same idea and had purchased this vest to wear in the house that was made out of like plush fur or whatever. I thought, well it'll be nice and warm and it's so soft.. plus I'm just in the house so why does it matter what something looks like? Sometimes though, I would keep it on and run out and do an errand and catch a glimpse of myself and it was not good. I held on to it because it fit and I told myself, you are just being picky. Then after watching one of your videos and seeing how matter of fact you are, I thought to myself, yeah I'm letting this go! Turns out, I do care what I look like even if I'm just in the house Etc Truly, it made me look like a stuffed animal LOL I decided there are other things to wear to keep warm in the house that don't make you feel like a child's plush toy!
@@juliab628 This is exactly how I have been feeling lately! I am home a lot so it really does matter how I feel and what I wear at home too. It's easy for me to say who cares what I look like, but I have noticed I get way more done and feel a lot happier when I like the way I look and feel put together. =)
Wish I cud go thro my closet like u did. Well done. I'm getting there slowly. Happy shopping.
Thank you! 😊 Slow and steady with decluttering.
The struggle is real! I wish it didn't matter what we looked like or felt like.
Haha I feel you on this comment! Sometimes it's just a lot of work.
I love watching your videos. Especially you and your mom. You both are so cute and funny. ❤
Thank you so much!!
Love your concept for storing one season to give your body time to regroup. You got your wardrobe down to simple and workable. Love when mom is on. Have to check if you did this wardrobe make over with her. I am more her age and would love to see what she kept. Hugs judy
Thanks so much! 😊 That is a great idea, I can ask my mom if she would be interested in showing her wardrobe.
@@shannontorrens1 you are lucky to be such good pals with your mom. She is adorable.
I’ve had to buy a lot of new clothes after a emergency surgery I’ve had to have had to get rid of some lovely items I had so I gave them to my mum and what she didn’t want I sold them 😊
I'm going to do this! Only keep one tote of things that are tight on me & put a date on it. If it's still too tight in a year; I will donate.
Yay! Doing this for me is actually motivating me to get in shape, it's like a ticking clock LOL.
My Mom is my go to person too if I want someone to be totally honest with me. Great video.
That is great! It is so good to have someone like that =)
Such a fun video. I love how you are so real about everything. Also, your mom is cute!!
Love these videos, you have helped me so much with decluttering xxxxxxx
I'm so glad!
Shannon, great video! I'm in the same boat as you, just had my third child a few months ago and not fitting into my regular clothes (probably won't for awhile lol). I need to declutter some clothes and purchase a few items that I can wear for the winter season comfortably in this new size.
I love that long sleeved top with the buttons on the sleeve you were wearing at the end! Your mom is so great, she said everything I was thinking lol.
Thank you Beth! Congratulations on your baby =)
We’re closing our pool today and it’s so depressing. How nice to live somewhere that you can actually swim in the winter.🥰
Hi Debbie, it does cool down here, but if the pool is heated it's usually still warm enough outside to swim.
Definitely been there. Some things did fit again some didn't but so helpful to put them out of sight for a while 😊
Absolutely!!
Relieved that it is not just me who has like.. Not very many items left that I both like and that fit after pregnancy. Great idea to have someone help with which items are needed for the new season! I just end up buying willy-nilly and either wearing them to death or throwing them out unused after a year.. That last part feels so unnecessary.
Hi loved this & yes sometimes we have to embrace our new size !!!! I donated all my clothes that no longer fit was just too depressing seeing them Enjoy shopping with Mum ❤
Hi Sharon! That is how I was feeling too. That's why moving them out was the best feeling.
Doesn't it feel so good sometimes to pull EVERYTHING out and take a fully critical look? :)
Yes! This felt so good, and to remove all those things that don't fit for now. I hope you are doing well.
Yep, been there, AM there. Was a runner before Covid and lockdowns meant I worked so many more hours and put on too many kgs. Nothing fits right now. I'll be following your lead and moving all the items that dont fit to storage till (if) they fit again. (I need your mum to come help me!!)
Hi Catherine, it feels good to get all those things that don't fit out of the way. At least for now. =)
I don’t keep any “goal” clothes. I’m 9 months pregnant right now, and if my stuff doesn’t fit in 6 months(which I know it will I usually gain a ton of weight but haven’t this time) then I will get rid of it. We live in a 900sf house. No garage, no attic, no shed. With 5 people total(including baby coming) and 1 animal. I just can’t store anything lol
Loved this video. Everything you tried on looked great and I love when you do videos with your mom. ♥️
Yay! Thank you!
HI :) thank you for talking about this. i am in life transition too and felt totally frustrated last day too, time to let go more declutter, organise back in fact :) your video just comes on perfect timing to motivate me to start it now ;) thank you :)
You can do it! I am so happy this came at the right time =)

I’ve had a wonderful year with intermittent fasting I lost 20 lbs. I saved my larger clothes just in case for six months but then took to charity and bought some that fit. Wish I had lost this weight years ago.
Hi Denise, I have been researching intermittent Fasting and have been trying it. I can see it working. I am just waiting till my guests leave before I really get into it. That is awesome you were able to reach your goal =)
Yep, everything you tried on with your mama looked great on you!!
Thank you!!
Great video and inspiration! Thanks Shannon and your mom. ♥️
Thanks so much!
I only kept goal clothes I absolutely love.
The full blue or lavender long, gathered top added 10 pounds to you and didn’t look like your sporty style. I liked all the others you tried on. Donna
Thank you Donna, I will probably add that top to the things I will wear after I lose the weight. When I am thin that top looks cute but definitely doesn't look the same with the extra weight.
Thank you so much for making this video! 💗 I need to declutter my clothes too, but the task is so daunting to me I feel it almost gives me a headache any time I think of it.
I own a lot of sentimental pieces- things I wore at 57- 62 kgs. However after having the kid I am quite uncertain if I'd ever squeeze back into my clothes from when I was like 20- 25 yo. 😆 To be honest I am not even sure I want my old weight fully back to what it once was but still getting rid of the clothes almost feels like loosing moments from the past.
It sounds crazy.
Your video really helped me on making my mind - I will gather just a few sentimental pieces in a box and get rid of everything else that does not fit me as I am now. ^.^
I am also still making my way back to my previous pre baby weight, but I refuse to do anything radical so it's taking a long time. Long story short I don't regret anything I got rid of =)
I need to do this. Thanks for sharing. You have some really nice items that look good on you.
Thank you Kelsey! Good luck on your decluttering.
Love the videos with you and your mom ❤
I really enjoy your show and I learn a lot from you...God bless you and your family.
Oh yeah… I gained weight after I stopped breastfeeding this spring (after breastfeeding two kids for more than two years, almost 4 years without break). I am lucky and it is only two summer shorts I couldn’t wear anymore. A few other things were a bit tighter, but they worked. And I already lost the weight almost everywhere but I am not sure if my waist will go back to my old normal… I give myself until next summer. Then I will declutter the shorts if they don’t fit then. And a few skirts that are quite uncomfortable (although they still somehow fit), too. Some of them I bought in school and I do not have to go back to my teen body.
That is such a good idea to give it a time limit and then move on after that. I know that feeling when things that we always wore just don't fit the same...
Absolutely so timely for me today. I’m headed to the Thrift Shop to donate and I’m once again inspired by you, Shannon. Funny how you’re wishing to loose some baby-fat, tho I think you look fabulous …. while I’m wishing to get down to your size! ❤
Thank you Chloe, Yay for donating what you don't need. I love hearing that. Weight is such a hard thing to deal with, this is why I am just embracing the now and the size I am now. If I lose the weight great if not at least I will have something to wear LOL.
Shannon, you've inspired me. I'm now looking forward to decluttering my closet! ♥
You can do it!
@@shannontorrens1
Everytime I do get down to pre baby weight I notice many of my favorite pieces don't fit the same. My weight shifted and settled in a new spot or my hip size never went down. I wish it weren't the case 😂
This is so so true! I remember this after my first son. So many things I had didn't look good even though I was the same weight.
Totally relate to this video so thank you so much for sharing! I live in Canada and we are now in our fall season and I am in my third trimester of my first pregnancy so I had to go through a similar process of what do I keep from my summer clothes, what maternity do I keep, what do I need to make it to my due date and what fall items do I have that I can pull off in my third trimester 😅 talk about complicated but it felt amazing to do cause now I look in my closet and see everything that fits and I love ❤
Hi Jessica, That is great you can see only what you love in your closet. It feels so good when getting dressed to know everything will fit.
These are my most videos , closet decluttering done properly. Would love to see your finished closet and how much you are happy with x
Hi Karen, I will do another video showing my full fall wardrobe as soon as I can find those missing pieces. I hope you have a great week.
Been there!
Yes, I always kept what I loved.
Danya
Hi Danya, It feels good to hear I am not alone. I hope you are doing well.
I’m hoping to lose weight and don’t want to completely declutter my wardrobe. I gained at least 20 pounds due to a side effect from medication and I’m hoping I will be able to lose it. I don’t want to spend money on a whole new wardrobe either so am giving myself grace so as not to stress myself.❤️🙏
This is such a good idea to wait to declutter things you still like and would wear if they fit. Especially if the weight gain is temporary. =)
Girl, same here. How did it happen so quickly. Seems I have more to stow away than there is things that fit. Honestly hate shopping for clothes. I find s few things then out grow it before i get a chsnce to wear it. I need comfy pants with pockets.
but not necessarily sweatpants.
but thats where im at 1 pair of rough edge pants i almost decluttered but glad i kept because its only pair of loosefitting pants. 1 yoga 2 sweatpants and one of dark jeans that button but can't wear them long feelin squished and overheat....
recently also split a supercomfy pair of pj pants that had years of wear.
pants that got lots of wear...unfortunately it happened when I was sitting with my mom who visited first time in years..
sorting through a box. she couldnt sit in my room so we didnt get far unless i csme out wearing each thing...so decided to just come visit whild sortinh a box and... riiip.
then she lsughed as I got up snd gave her s partial moon.
few clothes that were given to me with good intentions from s friend who was decluttering her own.. thanks but Im still sorting through clothes.....Ill just leave it here for you to try...i havd plenty to try but thanks...she left it anyway.
i tried them...and they were maternity clothes....cute but I'm not pregnant.....its happening again.
started a donate bag for mamas for mamas. posted a couple New but don't fit things.
the few sweaters that are not too tight are boxy..and feel tent like
I need to go get a fresh set of a few things at Old navy... comfy clothes without being expensive.
except I need to get some of this out. my place is small.. no basement or extra storage..so half of my closet is storing seasonal/ non fit other half is clothes I thought I'd wear.
couple piles Of clothes I actually do wear...no space. too much that doesn't work.
weigh fluctuating again.
What I did was move the stuff that didn’t fit, mainly pants out into my ottoman as a 1/2 way home. When I got to goal weight I tried on and whatever didn’t fit went.
Love that you can call your mom to come help with this! #momgoals #momofadults
you should try file folding the clothes in drawers!it sooo helpful
Thanks for the tip!
Shannon I loved all the outfits at the end (except the flowy top you said could be a dress haha). Can you share the brand of the 2 pairs of pants you had kept? You look great in all those outfits! Wish you could shop for me! Well done and your mom of course is so great!:)
Thank you Karin, both of those pants were from Costco last year. The Blue jeans are gloria vanderbelt. =)
I love you included your mom.

The green pants are so flattering! Can u link them lol
Thank you, I actually bought them from Costco about a year ago so I don't have a link.

Now I need to get to decluttering my clothes, again 😂. I will say the one top that was kinda like a tent top, I would not keep. Not the est look, all the rest were great on you.
Thank you! That top looks a lot better in person and when I am thinner, but I can see what you are seeing lol
Great video
Been there done that💪
Good for you!❤
Where do you like to shop? I liked a lot of your little outfits at the end. I had my baby almost a year ago and I'm sick of wearing maternity clothes.
Hi Brandi, I am the same way with maternity clothes. After I have my baby I don't want to ever see maternity clothes again LOL. I usually just get things when I am already out if something catches my eye. Sometimes I find things at Costco or at thrift stores. I recently went to Macy's because I have had luck there before but this time they didn't have anything I liked. So a few days ago I actually ordered a few things off Amazon (which I never do, but I thought it was worth a try). For some reason I am really struggling to find things I like, maybe the trends and styles out there right now just don't look good on me.
@@shannontorrens1 I had this twisty shawl thing I wore over everything because it was so versatile and accommodating. By the end of the pregnancy I need ready to burn it 🤣
I too have some weight to lose.....I call it the (pandemic 15 lbs) so there's a drawer full of good looking jeans 👖 waiting for the day I can button or zip them up.😅
Hi Carol! I am there with you. Eventually we will get there.
I gained 10 pounds in one month, and it was so frustrating because all my pants suddenly didn't fit. There's nothing worse than holding onto clothes that make you feel bad or uncomfortable.
Yes, I completely agree with this! Best to get something that can fit comfortably.
My waist was never the same after the twins.
You’re beautiful, Shannon!
Thank you!
😊
I always gave myself a year to lose the weight after each baby. Be patient with yourself. 😊
I am doing the same because I know it takes a while, finding something that fits in the mean time is my current challenge LOL.
I’m still losing the baby weight and the baby is an adult. Still working on it. It’s a process.😢😅😢
Hi Terri, I know how hard it is!
👍
Hey Shannon where on the upside app for I put the code in? I have the app on my phone but don't see where I do the code.
I am going to double check this but if you already have the app, it looks like you tap the profile option and then there is a place that says promo code and you can enter it there.
Low carb diet :D and you will fit into EVERYTHING!! in 2 weeks haha
Haha I wish, but I know the weight will come off eventually. The good thing is I am not in a huge rush. =)
Just don't zip up that one black vest....
Wow you did awesome, being very selective what you kept and stored. I like all the try on outfits except for the flowy blue top, it looks too maternity and doesn't give you any shape. Great job Mama of 3!👏👍🌷
Thank you so much!!
I agree...the blue top was not flattering at all, but probably real comfy!
I never hold on to clothes to fit into again why? your styles change as you age and grow move on let it go ... comfort over style any day ❤❤❤
Exactly!! I hope you are doing well. =)
Your style does change but I find it difficult to find things I actually LIKE, more so as I get older.
Liked it but that blue dress(shirt) , to big on you
Shannon, I hate to tell you, but... The third child is the body changer. I think you may want to just accept that anything body slimming on top especially won't fit anymore unless you hardcore diet and exercise.
hahaha I know it will take time because after all my pregnancies it has taken at least a year to lose the weight. But it is important for me to lose the weight and get in shape because more than anything I just don't feel comfortable this size. It's not really about looks it's more about how I feel and the energy I like to have everyday =)
@@shannontorrens1 definitely! I just know that, especially if you are and have breastfed, your upper body circumference increases and not just in the front, but even like across your back. You might experience differently!
@@Onurtime - yes, of course bodies change with pregnancy. But there’s nothing magic about having a third child changing your body that is irreversible. As a physician, I see this all the time in my female patients. With a little attention to diet and exercise, and given enough time, every woman can get to her comfortable place, no matter how many children she has had.
@@susannovak8263 sure. Comfortable place means accepting a body that is different than before. The scale might show the same as before pregnancy but your body changes shape
That blue dress top thing gotta go! Sorry not flattering.
