So yeah visit this city full of color, bright and kind people but do not only see what the the State and government institutions wants you to see. Little by little we can make a change so please also take a look on the other hand.

I think we were. Then, we were walking along a street with a concrete median where there was a big pile of garbage. There was a guy adding his trash to it. He could have left it in the bag but instead emptied his trash from the bag and took off. I live in Mexico and love it but this was the most disgusting site I have seen.

After reading the comments from some fellow Mexican viewers here, there seems to be good consensus that the government prefers to listen to concerns that foreigners have over their own fellow Mexican citizens themselves. (Yes, the Mex government will not admit it, but YOU have more power to affect progress, make changes, and get things done than most of us ordinary Mexicans, so THANK YOU in advance for voicing your concerns for us--far too often it appears that depending on YOUR activism is or may be the ONLY way we prosper.)
