Good morning Mr Paul. Thank you for another informative vlog. Hope you can answer this one ?. A couple of days ago I watched a vlog on bringing a car from the UK into Cyprus. Usual stuff, car not over 10 years of age and have been owned for more than 6 months. But then he indicated that there is longer import tax, vat on bringing in that vehicle ? As long as you do it within 6 months on moving permanently to Cyprus. Is this true ?. Don’t know if this something you can bring up on your next vlog ?. Dave P. 😎😎
I would like to share my story. I visited Cyprus few years ago. I stayed in apartment not far from where you are. One night at around 1.30 a.m. I heard loud bang . I opened the window and there was a lot of smoke. I ran downstairs and there was a van set on fire. There were residents cars parked next to the van which got damaged. The van belonged to Romanian resident and it was damaged as revenge. There is a problem with workers coming from EU and taking jobs from locals. I wonder what nationality are your workers refurbishing the bar? It was terrible experience for me.
