Ha good Singaporean accent. I'm also an American who lived in Singapore for 12 years. I also speak mandarin. I used to get called ang mo all the time! Now I live in the states! Wish I was back there!
He also can speak chinese, very the powderful!!! Somemore, ang moh usually get confused with lah leh loh meh, but he very the good one, all bingo. He learned chinese while.he stay china, now in singapore singlish bery gaolat one.
That was hilarious. Tyler is a good actor. Probably inherited the acting gene from his mother. I don't know what Tyler is studying, but White actors can make decent money in Asian countries because they get to play all the white characters (often villains!).
lmao same in India XD. In South films however, black people have been getting more popular as villains. My favorite is Kai Greene, as he looks like a Mortal Kombat fighter.
I m not white but this is me every time i take cab to school. They always ask me the same questions and they response the same way if i ask them to stop talking and drive fast lol
I have few customer from Australia, New Zealand and America came to my shop and I teach them Singlish. So I clap for them and one USA woman says 'Cannot lah' or some speak chinese
@@anonymousstacker2044 imo it’s probably because people in the US (and honestly in many parts of the world for that matter) are culturally ignorant. When I was a Uber driver in the DC area, the pax I picked up was Brazilian woman who mentioned in the middle of our convo that a lot of people she interacted with thought she was speaking Spanish or something like that. And that’s in DC, a cosmopolitan area known for its diversity. Bit diff to your point about bilingualism but yeah
I just found out his driver accent is his real accent and he's faking the US accent. wow.
He’s fluent with both, actually. Neither are fake. His family spoke normal English with him.
