Cheers Ian, easily the most fun bike in the collection now 😎 Merry Christmas and happy to new year to you & the family too - Still have to pop round soon 👌
Thanks 😎👌 Haha fear not it’s underway, hoping to have a big video live on New Year’s Day if all goes to plan 👌 merry Christmas and happy new year to you too
lol I’ve hit the big red bell 🔔 so I get your video hoping to get my rsv tricolour back on the road this year but 9 penalty points is not helping insurance wise
Wrong thermostat do not fit that a 2 stroke should run 50-55° there isn't much room for error anything over you loose power more than 60 65 you will end up melting the piston also i gave you information about the running issues and jetting obviously racing building tuning dyno testing product pre production development various wins do as you please as i know nothing i woll keep my information to myself in future unsubscribed
I had looked into operating temperatures as previous bikes such as my RS125 & RS250 had preferred 60-65c operating temps. The thermostat selected is not a full circuit closure as still has by pass channels to allow flow, if you check 2:57 im hitting 56c on the tight track with low air flow & 15:43 you’ll see that at speed I’m at 47c after 20 minutes riding 🤷♂️ Given the amount of comments/ videos I receive you can’t always take every comment as fact, Taylor Sturgess9426 doesn’t exactly spell Stan Stephen’s to me 😅 shame to hear it’s put you off being a subscriber but as I’ve learned with RUclips you can’t please everyone… all the best, thanks, James
@@stoneautomotive Stan seizeums grandad tuning says a lot about your 2 stroke knowledge regardless of my name doesn't mean I'm clueless look at Bsb wsbk you only hear of the riders not the people who built and developed the bike as for the rs125 not sure we're your getting your information but 2 stroke max 70° were the 4 strokes are happy at 90° being an engineer I understand 2 strokes as well as being a full time mechanic personally I would of put ABIT of tape like a tear off on the back of the rad that's what we do when racing 2 strokes also your stinger looks on the small side for 300cc should be around 32- 33mm diameter but again I'll be wrong was giving tried and tested advise but obviously you know much more than I do

awesome. two strokes are gods work.
Thanks 😎👌 becoming a rare sight seeing a sorted 2 stroke on the road these days 😭
@@stoneautomotive too true
I noticed that exhaust can melt your indicator due to heat. looks a bit too close.
It is very close but thankfully the carbon silencer doesn’t reflect much heat, survived all day on the kart track 😬👍
👍👏👏🎄🎅🏍️🎅🎄👏👏👍Awesome little fun bike, have a great Christmas and new year. 👍

Merry Christmas and happy new year to you too
