Open IIS manager. --> Expand Local Server Name --> Expand Sites --> Click on Your FTP Site name --> double-click FTP Current Sessions . You can monitor active sessions with the username and client IP address.

hey thank you for the video. i got doubt, how access ftp server by name?(not ip)
Create DNS record for that, Or you can use server fqdn to access the FTP server.
