I have a 9th gen accord sport. I can honestly say it’s by far my favorite car. From the reliability to the looks on the interior/exterior to just it all. Been modding it a little over a year now and I’m loving how the car is coming out 🫡
@@whitneythe6thgenaccord680 nice!!!! How is it on gas?! Will you invest a better insulated hood cover to protect against the scorching heat? I was thinking it's better to just purchase a $1500 portable ac to use inside the car instead of using the engine ac constantly which degrades it. (While idling ofcourse), I don't think using the ac while momentarily driving is as bad as having the ac on for hours while idling which is why the portable option seems ideal
@@whatitisnt. So my experience with gas mileage is somewhat unique, as I disabled the VCM feature, a cylinder deactivation program meant to improve fuel economy. With it disabled, my mileage is okay, I’d say 20-22 mpg average.
Looking good, I like the rain guards and the rear spoiler too. I just picked up a 9th gen V6 sedan a couple months ago. I put on the VLAND taillights and the factory style trunk spoiler. Working on doing some skirts next. I'd definitely recommend the taillights, they'll make the rear pop a lot more.
Hey, hope all is well. Question: did you run into any issues installing the tail lights? I plan to order them in a couple weeks and I’ve seen a few people say they’ve ran into problems with fuses blowing and check engine lights coming in after installing them.
@@whitneythe6thgenaccord680 I had initially installed them wrong so I did blow a fuse. My bad! Not the taillights fault. So just take your time with the wiring, and make sure everything is plugged in right. I also did not need to grind down or modify any connections like a couple reviews said. I’ve had no problems with them for the last 4 months or so.
All I've done so far is chrome delete everything and de-badged the trunk, would recommend Blacking out the side chrome 100%. still looks real good though.

Since I have the EX-L, the tail lights and daytime running lights are LED from the factory, and I upgraded the headlight bulbs to LED.
