    I honestly loved this intro! I’m someone who gets up at 5am during the week (it’s actually 5:43am as I type this 😅) and I always feel so much more productive. Proud of you for trying to do this!

    Last year I started waking up at 530am this year I’m doing 430am and spending time with the Lord and working out before I start my day and it’s so good for my mental health. Plus that sunrise 🙌🏻 love your high quality content.

    I loved this video. I’ve been wanting to try to get up at 5am and the reason being to just get more “me time”. I wouldn’t be going to a gym, but I would be reading as I love reading when the house is nice and quiet. Like you I am an early riser and have been my whole life I can’t sleep past 6:30am. Thank you for this video ❤

    I used to go to the gym at 5am and it is always quite here! loved going at that time but i’ve been slacking, definitely need to get back to it. but it definitely messes with your sleep schedule. especially since i work until 11:30pm

    I'm a 4am riser Mon to Fri and yep I like the ability to fit a whole morning worth of activities - gym, dog walk, house tidy, study, read, breakfast - before going to work at 8am. But I also go to bed at 8pm every night

    LOVE THIS 🙌🤍 I currently wake up at 4am every day to go to the gym. It just fits into my schedule best around work etc. What it does mean though is that I have to sacrifice a lot of events that may run late into the night but you gotta do what you gotta do.

    This was such a fun take on a weekly vlog! I loved your all black fit. This is a great idea, I used to love waking up early and was such a morning person, but the hardest part for me is going to bed early. I always end up scrolling on my phone till late

    I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old, never in my life being 26 would I have thought I’d wake up at 3am… but when you have kids and they are early risers (5-6am) waking up at 3am is my only “me” time 😂 so Mon-Fri I get up at 3am to start my day and it’s honestly the best feeling x

    With napping, I have this weird thing that the days when I lay down and want to get up again after a couple of mins means I actually need to nap bc I get restless when I'm over tired, and then when I try to stay there longer I will either surprise myself by falling asleep or just get really frustrated :p

    My everyday routine waking up at 4 am to leave the house at 5 am for work... I've always thought i would be able to wake up a bit earlier and get a heap of stuff done before leaving for work, but the idea of waking up even 2 minutes earlier is a no go

    You’d be surprised how quickly you get used to getting up at 4am.. done the 4am wake up for 4 years whil living in Sydney.. winter wasn’t as bad as I thought, somedays were tough tho

    I really enjoyed watching this video and it’s so interesting to hear about your opinions 💜. Personally, I wake up at 4am every day (I mean, there are days where I don’t haha) and I genuinely enjoy it. I’m on a tough schedule with uni and waking up at 4am makes it possible for me to go to the gym before uni and studying and this just sets the tone for my day. If I don’t work out I use the extra time to go on a walk or read. However, I go to bed at 8pm bc I need i hours of sleep. I guess it’s just the same as waking up at 6am besides the fact that you do everything 2 hours earlier. But as you mentioned, I’m a morning girlie as well and idk I just love it when everything’s quiet and not crowded at all :)

    Loved this! I love an early morning gym session but fins weekends are fine but weekdays are super busy with all the people gymming before work. I love knowing I've still got the full day ahead of me and my workout is done!

    You've got to try the Japanese Kiss me mascara or the korean Neogen mascara. People have been ravvvvinggg about them! Def helps with separating and lengthening 🙌

    Well, i guess that having an extra coffee before a social event to give yourself a social boost is A LOT better than having alcohol, like most people do for the same reason. 👌 💖

    Interesting but i've been waking up at 5-530 for the better part of 4 years and I've pretty much had the same reactions as you waking up at 4am! Good in the morning but hit an afternoon slump and sometimes have a nap when i can!

    Going to the gym between 3:30-5am is usually busiest especially with men because most are tradies who start work at 6-5am.
    I learnt that when I started going to gym best time for well my town anyway is between either 11am -2pm and then again at 9pm- 2am
    I usually go at 9:30pm and there might be one or two people there I’d sometime no one

    When people ask why I get up at 5am and it’s literally just cos like gym anxiety and there is like no one there!! Except of course today when I was filming in my pjs for a competition haha 😂

    I loved the video! I am not good at waking up early.
    Unrelated, I have a conditioned called misophonia where certain sounds really bother me. so sadly I always have to skip over any whispering or anything that is reminiscent of ASMR. I hope that it doesn’t stay trendy in videos/advertising forever. Makes watching RUclips hard and it’s my coping mechanism.

    I can't nap either!!!!! It would be sooo helpful on days like New Years Eve, for example ... BUT it's not possible for me... There has been days where i've been a medication that has made me soooooooo sleepy, could barely keep my eyes open and even then, i STILL couldn't nap!! Grrr 😡😂🤷‍♀

    I used to work 40 hrs a week and my job started at 4.30 am now I'm a sahm I work part time and finish at 11.30 pm lol I miss waking at 3 am! I used to nap around 1pm when I worked early mornings it's midnight very soon and I set my alarm at 5.45 am 😆 wish me luck!!

    Loved this routine! As a mom to a little one, waking up early is not something I am interested in doing at this season! 😂😂 but when my nights are a little easier, I am looking forward to creating a good morning routine and this inspired me❤

      @@RachelCatherine so you wake up before him typically too, I find it so interesting how peoples bodies are like naturally programmed to be an early riser. I can’t cope with getting up early but my partner is up early with insane energy and I can’t cope 😂
